OMG! I just found such a great hotpot place.
I went there with my husband on a weekday evening, and the experience was amazing. The waitress was super welcoming and kept checking on us to see if we needed more food.There are tons of options for hotpot and seafood, and the eel sushi was so delicious. While we were dining, two tables were celebrating birthdays, and the staff even sang happy birthday—it felt so lively and fun.
I definitely want to celebrate my birthday here in the future. I’ll for sure be coming back!

This was our first time trying Yama and have to say I was very happy with our experience. Gregory explained everything to us and helped us with the menu. Service was quick and the staff was very quick to collect empty plates. We have been to other barbecue places like this before downtown and we’ll say this is a lot cheaper than those. The restaurant was very clean and I never felt overwhelmed with plates. We ordered 5 meats at a time and it was perfect. The only suggestion I have is maybe put out sushi quicker. People really love those shaggy dog rolls and they were going fast! I hope the Humble area appreciates this kind of eating experience and y’all are around for the long haul. We will definitely be back!

First time to this restaurant. Very nicely designed. Very clean. We opted for hot pot since we had done before. Very fresh ingredients and a plentiful selection. Next time Korean BBQ as it appears to be the majority selection by others. Both options come with sushi and everything on their large buffet. Enjoyed the experience.

I went to Yama Kitchen for their grand opening and wow. The place is spacious, super clean, and has a futuristic vibe—especially the restroom (yes, I noticed ).
They have a lot of staff, and they’re clearly well-trained. Service was smooth and attentive. We did the hot pot and it was really good—safe to say Yama is officially my new favorite hot pot spot.
Huge variety of hot food options, plus you can order sushi and sashimi to your table (made to order), which is a big win. Prices are reasonable with tons of choices, so you definitely get your money’s worth.
Highly recommend checking it out.

Just tried this new grill buffet and really enjoyed it! The meat was fresh, flavorful, and you can tell the quality is good. The atmosphere has a nice vibe — clean, modern, and comfortable.

Had such an amazing experience at this all-you-can-eat sushi, Korean BBQ, and hot pot restaurant! The quality of the food was way better than I expected for AYCE. The broth for the hot pot was super flavorful, the meats were fresh and sliced perfectly for grilling, and the sushi was surprisingly good with generous portions.
Krystal was our server. Service was fast, Krystal and the rest of the staff were friendly and attentive, and the entire place felt clean and organized. There were so many options — seafood, beef, pork, veggies, appetizers — and everything came out quickly.
We left full, happy, and already wanting to come back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fun, delicious AYCE experience with tons of variety!

Gregory was awesome! He was very attentive and gave the best recommendations for a first timer like me. Other staff were very helpful as well. They came by multiple times to change out the grill before I even had to ask. Good selection on the buffet and hot pot as well. I came to check it out by myself before bringing the fam and we’ll definitely be back!

This place is absolutely wonderful. I know it recently opened my friends told me to check it out and I’m glad I listened. I’ve been to a lot of Korean barbecue spots in Houston, but this place takes the title. Every single thing about this place was perfect to me. The manager is amazing the waitress( sunshine) is amazing. Everything is so neat and organized. The food was the best I’ve ever had. And while I was there, somebody was celebrating their 21st birthday in the entire staff definitely made that person feel special. I highly recommend this place. It’s probably my new favorite spot in town.

Hot pot night led us to this new spot in Humble, and I’m so glad we stopped in! Yama Kitchen did not disappoint. The options were amazing and everything tasted super fresh.

Favorite soups of the night were the Tom Yum and mushroom broth. Proteins we loved: skirt steak, chicken, brisket, plus all the fixings you could want.

Humble finally has a great AYCE Hot Pot/KBBQ combo! Quick meat service, a great self-serve buffet for sides,veggies and other food.I like the authentic spicy Sichuan broth which was not an option at many Hot Pot places we tried. The sushi looked great! Great services! Highly recommend Yama Kitchen if you want the real deal without driving into the city.”
