This is a late review, but this DQ left a lasting beautiful memory for me. I ordered an ice cream cake for Father’s Day a year ago, as a way for me to announce my pregnancy to my family, and the cake was so beautiful, and the staff was so sweet to me. I was just thinking of that day and remembered I should have thanked them! Thank you.

Told me i couldnt cancel my order because “they had already made it” also lied and said they were fully out of hravy just because they had already thrown it away ( a whole hour before closing) and didn’t want to make more. Absolutely terrible establishment and rude workers. How are you gonna tell me im required to pay for it with MY own money when you didnt even have what i asked for… terrible customer service

Went to DQ to get dinner. The lady who took our order kept saying can you repeat that. I ordered and they got my blizzard wrong. Told them. They remade it handed it to me then said thanks. I said what about my food & drink and she was like “UGH”
If she wouldn’t have been so busy talking & would listen she would have got my order.
I get some jobs are hard to find but they had 6 teenagers working who were more interested in socializing. Food thank goodness was hot but 15 minutes of my time was wasted

This is one of our preferred DQ stops. They typically fill the Blizzard up and mix it pretty well so you don’t drive away feeling cheated. (The cost of a Blizzard is too high everywhere, but at least here we get what we expect.)

Pay 8$ for a large blizzard and its not even full. Used to fill them up or even over fill them. Gone way down hill. Food always tastes like its been sitting for hours too now.
