This Starbucks is rather efficient in service, though I did notice it was rather crowded with customers, so it is bit difficult to find a spot to sit and relax. I ordered a Venti caramel macchiato frappe, which was as delicious as ever.

Been coming here regularly for a few weeks now. Over half the time I only get half my order and the other half is completely forgotten. I also went to get a refill on my tea and was told no. This one is one at the bottom of the barrel for the Elk Grove area. Some staff are really good but others need some training

This was the best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had! We stopped on our way to Sacramento from Fresno and from the moment we walked in, the staff was more than welcoming and attentive. The barista that had the biggest impact on me however, was Bianca! She was such a sweetheart! She made me a special drink for my birthday and suggested I try the double smoked bacon sandwich, which was delicious. If I’m in the area I will stop here because they were just awesome!

Special shoutout to Simran and Saturday for their outstanding customer service. Simran was incredibly attentive and made sure my order was perfect. They even took the time to recommend a new seasonal drink, which turned out to be amazing! Saturday was equally impressive, handling the busy morning rush with grace and efficiency. Their positive attitude and attention to detail truly made my day.
The coffee and the Tea, as always, was top-notch. The baristas clearly take pride in their craft, and it shows in every cup. I left the store feeling refreshed and appreciated as a customer.
