the cashiers are rude. the drinks are great but, my god these cashier’s are rude. it’s enough to make me not want to return. id drive over on Emerson just to avoid this Dunkin, and their rude cashiers, and customer service. guess they hired a bunch of new gens because this behavior is disgusting. another thing, is that I ordered an avocado toast on the app, they proceed to wait to tell me when I pull up to the window that they’re out, I asked for my money back, but they proceeded to say I had to do it through the app. I also had told her to have a great day and she slammed the window in my face. then today I ordered something, I was digging out the ten cents I owed, nobody behind me so I thought I could take my time digging through my change when the women rudely reminded me of the ten cents when I knew I was short. not returning.

Told the cashier when we order for extra Carmel in a Carmel latte when it was out it tasted like milk I asked for more and they stirred it and served it back to me then my girlfriend told the cashier two times what she ordered it was a hot pumpkin spice latte with extra pumpkin they served her a iced pumpkin latte we just left and won’t be spending money here again terrible paying attention skill and poor communication over all terrible experience.

Had the mint coffee which was good and the ham and cheese stuffed croissant. Though it was flat, it tasted good, but it’s not even close to the picture. Staff was friendly and nice, and when we pointed out they forgot the almond croissant they fixed it right away. The drive through line was long but moved fast.

They forgot my hash browns and then got an attitude with me because I sat there waiting until someone noticed me at the window. I had to park despite there being nobody in the drive thru and then they brought me smashed up hash browns.

I had few tests to complete at local Camden Clark / WVU Hospital and had to fast 24hrs, was not able to have Breakfast soon as i woke at 5am, 6am off to Hospital i went, once done there and about to leave i used the Dunkin App to order online and pickup Breakfast and head home to eat.
Once arrived to Dunkin about 8am to pickup my mobile order which was Ice Coffee, SourDough Breakfast Sandwich, Wake-Up Wrap Sweet Black Pepper Bacon, it did not take hardly any time since i was 9th in drive thru line.
Arrived to pullup drive thru window, my order was waiting on me and ready to go, headed on home to have breakfast, had my IceCoffee, seen box for SourDough Sandwich, open bag to get the Wake-Up Wrap once open it, Defiantly was no wrap but was a Croissant Bacon Egg and Cheese.
Even tho one part of order was not what i ordered, it still was very Delicious and hit the spot after 26hrs of Fasting.

I wanted to acknowledge the the crew working Saturday AM 4/5, was great! It was a positive culture – they were kind to customers but also to each other and they were a smiling a working well as a crew! Keep up the good vibe! And a coffee and food were good as well.
