Tried Doc’s for the first time a couple of weeks ago and have thought about it daily since. I absolutely, 100% loved my burger. I had the Shroomy. It was exceptionally utterly delicious! I need another. The fries were fantastic too! A little extra flavor but not too spicy. There was a big pile of them cooked up crisp and served warm next to that scrumptious burger. Additionally, our waitress had very fun personality. She was attentive without being overbearing. Perfect.
Yes, they’re a new (new to Bowie anyway) establishment and I’m sure they’re still working out some kinks, but I do hope they stick around a long long time!
Oh and PS: is a sports grill so I think they should have weekly Dallas Stars nights during hockey season. Put the game on a couple of the TVs, offer a HatTrick special… (?)

Really good smash burger! Great flavor..Good burger all around.
My husband ordered bacon added to his burger…was paper thin, and the serving of fries were small.
Waitress was very friendly. Atmosphere was laid back

WOW!!! Let’s say INCREDIBLE! I haven’t eaten an entire burger in years and when I say I polished it off & wanted more cuz it was so freaking delicious!!!! I got the sweet & Smokey and 100% recommend! Also had the queso & salsa and they were so yummy! Can definitely tell their food is homemade!!! We will definitely be coming back!!! S

Doc’s serves a truly great big smash burger, the fries were good as well! The place was very nice and clean inside and not dark as it was before.
Our waitress Kassy was super attentive and kept our drinks filled. She chatted with us about the new owners, as we told her we had been to the Muenster one years ago.

We are local and really were hoping to like this place. Regretfully, the food is mediocre at best. I ordered the chicken strips and onion rings. I could have gotten the same quality at most any fast food drive through. My daughter ordered the Frito chili burger and fries. She sent it back – the bun was hard, the Fritos were stale, and the chili had an unpleasant flavor. The waitress was friendly and helpful.

Doc’s was a fun stop on a road trip. The food was fantastic and Destiny, our server and bar tender, was the only one working outside of the kitchen and she was amazing. I told her that whatever they are paying her, they need to pay her more.
