Dickey’s Barbecue Mac Stack is comfort food perfection! Creamy, cheesy mac and cheese layered with tender, smoky barbecue meat and finished with just the right amount of savory goodness—it’s rich, filling, and absolutely delicious. Every bite is packed with flavor, and it hits the spot whether you’re craving BBQ or classic comfort food. Highly recommend giving it a try if you want something hearty and satisfying! Stop in – you won’t be disappointed!

I went last week, sadly the place was empty. A couple had walked in before us and turned around. I had my doubts. The manager was behind the counter and I could tell he had been working hard, so I gave this place a chance. He was nice and personable, and I’m wishing him the best. I was overall impressed with the food. Quantity of food for the money was decent. Flavor was, average. As a visitor to the Palm Springs area, I would say next time I’d seek a local BBQ restaurant. If I lived there, I would probably visit once every few months.

The Sandwich meal was EXPENSIVE…I had to send out a search party for the meat, when I did find it, the brisket was dry and overcooked. Adding more watery BBQ sauce didn’t help.
At checkout, the cashier had the nerve to ask for a gratuity on a to-go order…GO ANYWHERE else, save your $25 for a small dry sandwich!

Meat was pretty good. The sides are a hard no, my Anne’s box Mac&cheese tastes 100 times better, El Pollo Loco Mac even. Maybe try a different brand or do homemade style.

I ordered online for delivery. Waited over an hour and when the driver arrived they said they didn’t have it in their system and therefore couldn’t make it. So they cancelled. The lack of common sense is shocking. I sent them proof of payment and the order and the lovely delivery person said they would wait while they cooked it but they said they “can’t see it in their system” which meant they couldn’t cook it and cancelled. Not only did it waste the delivery drivers time but now my starving kids have no food. Crazy way to do business .

This place is horrible. 1st portion size pretty small but price is expensive. second, bbq rib is completely dried and very hard to bite. The most horrible barbecue I’ve had.

I know this is a chain but I was curious to give them a try. First off, the service was amazing. They were extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. The potato I ordered was gigantic and put together well. I would have liked a few more drink options but they did have sweet tea. I am more receptive to going to other stores down the road. The only negative is it was on the expensive side but what bbq isn’t nowadays.

Got exactly what I came in here for. Dickies Bbq. It’s very consistent had the pork sandwich wife had the loaded baked potato with pork and grabbed 3 sandwiches to go for lunch tomorrow. Kid had the Dino chicken nuggets and I didn’t know kids eat free on sundays. We have Dickies in Canada now or at least in Alberta. One thing we have that they don’t have here anymore is the tanglers. #BRING BACK THE TANGLERS….. .

Worse than a roadside bbq stand. The county fair has better bbq than this. And that’s not saying a lot. For $70 the brisket hardly had any meat, dry chicken and boxed Mac n cheese not to mention the instant mashed potatoes thin as water being billed as “potato casserole.” It was so much better before this new management took over. Pictures of weird food menu items printed on office paper with sharpie written over it saying “coming soon.” I mean you cant make this up. You have to go in there and experience yourself. I would’ve given it zero stars if I could. The only reason I give it one star is because the employees were nice and polite.

Walked in, dropped my jaw when I saw the prices…and walked right back out then drove 2 miles to pay almost half the price in a sit down bbq restaurant up the street. I don’t know who sets the pricing if it’s the Franchise owner or Corporate but this is inflation price gouging at its worst. These are teetering toward filet mignon at fine restaurants pricing. Unbelievable.

Edit 1/24. Gave it another chance… and I cannot begin to count all the ways this Dickeys is terrible. They are either not part of the corporate or Dickeys in its entirety has gone way downhill.

The Mashed potatoes are Fake flake processed potatoes… no cheese, no bacon, no green onions… just dry plain boxed potatoes. The green beans are canned, not even remotely the Dickeys brand. They don’t take Dickeys gift cards as one customer ahead of us was upset… when we ordered their website didn’t honor our coupon…. this owner has no pride in their business and other than the interior and the meat… NOT really Dickeys.
