When Deluxe Burger first opened I stopped by and wasn’t super impressed with the burger BUT it must’ve just been start up difficulties or maybe a new cook because every time I go now the food is FANTASTIC. The burgers are high quality and always loaded with toppings. The Chickens sandwiches are juicy and way better than Chick-fil-A. The staff has always been really nice and personable. Not just putting on a face. I can tell they actually enjoy working here and want to genuinely please people!

The deplorable and disgustingly offensive customer service I received from the rotund Caucasian woman with the methy shark teeth (on Sunday March 8th 2026 around 1:30pm) was astonishingly ableist, and a complete deterrent for me ever returning to this location!! Food is usually good and I come regularly (only ever at night where the staff has always been accommodating to my physical disability) … but I will absolutely NEVER be back!

Imagine a mix between In & Out and Stewart’s drive-in as far as burgers go.
Mine was cooked perfectly with lots of fresh veggies on top. The fries were extra crispy and very delicious! The chicken nuggets were juicy, crunchy, and packed with flavor!
There was a little wait, but if you’re a true foodie, you know good food takes a little time
I’ll be back again next time I’m in the area!

Super Deluxe discreetly snuck in to the Bend scene, I noticed the construction a while back and have been low key keeping an eye out…
Didn’t really see any big announcements or GRAND OPENING signs just a not so bright slowly flashing open sign. Quick Google search lead to the Super Deluxe website touting some SP Provisions as if I should know what that means and they had already sold me with good looking cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches! So packed up the family and headed down to see what’s so Super…
1 single plain & dry, 1 Super Deluxe Single, 1 Super Deluxe Double and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, drinks, fries all that Jazz. While we waited we thoroughly enjoyed some early 90’s roller skate rink music (think return of the mac).
Our food came out in more than reasonable time for tge amount of business but the music was so loud I almost didn’t hear them call my order. Food was hot and freshly made, the burgers looked great, the fries were hot but a little flaccid and cooled down quickly, the chicken sandwich didn’t quite live up to the picture but it was a real piece of chicken and it was cooked well, the spicy sauce had just the right length of burn but I was disappointed every time I looked over and seen a burger! Family said the burgers were “good” and there was nothing left so it must not have sucked! Will definitely give them a shot again!

With our hotel in walking distance and after a long day, we decided to give this Oregon burger chain a shot.
My wife wasn’t as hungry and tried the chicken nuggets. She wasn’t a fan but ironically I tried one and thought they were fantastic – a good spice and extra crispy.
I got a double burger with bacon and fries and a shake and found all of that to just be ‘ok’. Lots of great toppings on the burger, maybe too many? Fries were standard and the Smore’s shake special somehow had a taste of coffee that about ruined it for me.
4* on service because they forgot my shake until I asked and also gave me a shake + drink when I wanted to substitute my drink for a shake.

I’m not sure if we just had a bad batch or what but we ordered through door dash. We didn’t get our shake, the burgers were so full of lettuce I thought they were missing patties. The fries were so incredibly stale and the burgers have the weirdest funkiest taste. The gluten free buns are also some of the worst I’ve had in years, crumbly and taste like cardboard. Super unfortunate.

Stopped in here for lunch since our hotel was next door. Burgers were juicy and fries were cooked well. I really like the nugget ice they have for the soda machine, don’t see that at too many places. Overall service was good, waited up front for two minutes to get a lid for our cups. Staff seemed annoyed he has to grab a couple lids, but minor details.
While the menu options are limited, they are worth stopping by and giving them a chance .

We stayed at campfire hotel and got it delivered. We were all hungry around 9:40pm and the fries were hot and crispy and the burgers were great. Good price. Orange cream milkshake was also delicious. Very quick delivery!

I got the double with extra bacon and extra sauce and by far that is the best fast food Burger I’ve had in a while. And honestly reminded me of Baker’s back in the SoCal. I will definitely be returning. Super satisfied I would add a photo but I already ate it. Part 2 I just ordered four doubles I’ve already eaten three of them this is by far the number one fast food burger place in bend in my opinion. I haven’t had a burger in at least 6 months this is the first second and third burgers I’ve had totally worth it
