An absolutely amazing experience. The food was spectacular and I had the pleasure of speaking to the owner. Such an amazing sweet guy. Great food but an even better heart. Highly recommend. Original Cheesesteak with the fries with seasoning salt on them and some ketchup. You won’t regret it.

I don’t know about you guys, but I paid $24.86 for all of this and I’m no financial scientist but this seems quite low for $25 now you could blame inflation. You could blame a lot of things but in my opinion I would say at a maximum this is like $18 apparently the combo meal for the cheesesteak is $17 so the cheesecake by itself is $11. I guess the fries are an extra four or $5 then the soda can is I think included but if it wasn’t included another $2 or so so we’re already at roughly $18 and then I got a cheesecake on top of that and that had bumper $5 so $23-$24. It came out to plus tax it’s very good food but for $25 it seems like a lot of money for a little bit less stuff than expected.

Philly Cheesesteak Place is a no-frills, counter eatery celebrating the sandwich (specializing in hoagies, cheesesteaks, and burgers). The eatery is located in Morningside’s Cheshire Pointe Shopping Center, located at the intersection of Cheshire Bridge and Faulkner Roads and MARTA-accessible via the 27 bus.

During a recent DoorDash, my husband was craving a cheesesteak, and we had been meaning to give the neighborhood eatery a try. He ordered the regular Cheese Chicken Cheesesteak, with chicken, grilled onions, and cheese. I ordered a small Meatball Parmesan Sandwich with meatballs, pizza sauce, provolone, and parmesan cheese and add-ins of pepperoni and sweet peppers. Both sandwiches were super craveable, had ample amounts of protein and cheese, and were well seasoned.

I was really curious about other menu items, so I visited the eatery a week later to order a cheeseburger, chicken tenders, and fries. I knew the cheeseburger would be tasty once I saw the owner/cook chopping up ribeye on a flat-top in an eatery whose minimalist decor took a page from a prior decade. The food is cooked to order, and the owner wears all of the hats (cashier, cook, and expediter), so prepare to wait (it’s worth it)! There is seating available; however, the restaurant does way more to-go orders.

After eating one of the better cheeseburgers I have had in Atlanta, I brought the chicken tenders home to my husband, who had just received a food delivery. After having one bite, my husband abandoned his original meal and devoured the chicken tenders. The fries were well seasoned, but I will ask the owner to make them crispier on my next visit.

Original Cheesesteak was not the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had but was a bare bones solid cheesesteak – soft bread, meat, cheese, and onions. Fries were crinkle-cut and perfectly sprinkled with fry salt, and the garden salad included parmesan and black pepper. Food items were reasonably priced and I would definitely come back. Reasonable wait time – 10-15 mins with the restaurant being pretty dead at lunch time when I went. Finally, the atmosphere reminded me of an Italian restaurant from the 80s or 90s – I loved it!

Then moved to Augusta when I was in high school but we still go back ever year to see family (and eat hoagies and cheesesteaks)
We came this weekend from Augusta for a concert my sons wanted to see. Just ordered for dinner and I am dying it’s that good!!!!! It’s that good that on my way BACK to Augusta tomorrow I am stopping and placing another order for my mom who is cheesesteak critic and my dinner when I get home!!!! Already programmed in my GPS!!!! Called before I placed the order earlier about cheese and whoever I spoke to was so kind bc my memory is white American not provolone . Regardless best food I’ve had in Atlanta since we have been here!!! And like I said have to leave my air bnb by 11 and am calling in an order for my mom (and me) on way back!!! Was that good!!!!!!

I’m thinking it’s the best. Philly cheesesteak place in Atlanta. The owner’s great. The prices are great! The food is awesome. I talked to some people that were waiting for their food and they drove up from 45 minutes away and they do it all the time and take home extra for the next meal which is what I did.

We ordered during after the playoffs so it was totally dead. Wasn’t even sure they were open until we opened the door. The place feels ripped out of a mall from the 80’s considering the faded sign, ads on the wall and low lighting. There was no music but the highlights were on tv.

We made small talk with the cashier and ordered a regular with fries. And I gotta say the sandwich was surprisingly solid. And the price was right since I split it with a buddy. I’d for sure give it another shot. Delicious cheesesteak.

Cheshire Bridge is open!
We stopped in during errands, and were pleasantly surprised.
Prices are fair, portions are big, and everything we ate was high quality. (our table ordered various cheesesteaks and hot dogs, see photos fora mushroom steak w/extra cheese, and a philly dog. )

The owner/chef was very kind, generous and made our food pretty quickly.
I’d suggest bottled drinks over the fountain. If we’re in the area, we will eat here again- so should you!

OMG they serve Halal/Kosher meat! Yay!! We ordered Philly cheesesteaks, which was like a foot long and hamburger with just ketchup and mayo for my kids and Omg they were so good!!! Meat was juicy and tender. taste and flavors were right on point! If I could I would give it 10 stars I would. Maybe we didn’t go in with high expectations but we were pleased. Highly recommend. I don’t understand the begetive comments because this place is a Must try atleast once if you can.
