I come through hardees quite frequently. Kloey is my favorite she always welcomes you with a warming smile and a happy demeanor. Everyone there is quite pleasant except for one person. Teella is the name on the shirt of this particular employee. She is always extremely rude and making snotty comments at other employees. It is usually just her and one or two other people when she is snotty. Im assuming these other two people are not mangers because of the way she talks to them. I would not put up with this kind of behavior if i was a manger at this establishment.

First time ever to a Hardee’s. I Loved it. Hot fresh food at a moments notice. Friendly staff. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and noce smelling. 100% recommend visiting for a quick bite to eat.

Mid lunch time almost empty. Mgr and employees smoking and horseing around out side in drive thru. Place filthy I mean filthy while outside playing. Probably explains a nearly empty place when it should be lunch rush. See pictures for yourself.

I like Hardee’s as far as fast food burger chains go. The burgers are char broiled and you can get the chicken char broiled as well as battered and fried. They will accept more than one coupon (pretty sure it’s three). I drive thru this location fairly often and it’s usually less crowed than Mickey Dees.

The quality of this location has diminished. Food wasn’t nearly as good as years past. The drive thru was jammed up with people waiting for extended times. We ate in dining room. They were running out of food items and had lack of structure.

I ordered two biscuits And gravy and told her that I have a coupon when I drove to the window she took the coupon and took the discount off just one of the biscuits and gravy. I look at my receipt it cost more than if I had not gave her a coupon at all. When I inquire they said they didn’t give refunds and he didn’t even know how. I didn’t want a refund I just didn’t want to be over charged.

Went thru drive thru to get my fix of Big Hot Ham and Cheese. Nothing as good. We are a hour away so when we are near a Hardee’s, pull in pull in. If you haven’t tried your missing out. The 1 in Lewisburg WV employees top notch
