First time here and qe loved it! We noticed they dont have a lot of staff members but the two servers the had were amazing! Basically rocking those orders/tables!!
They were nice, friendly and so professional even when they were rushing to get everyone’s orders in…
Also everyone in the kitchen, kuddos to you! The food was amazing, great portions, fresh and tasty…
We will definitely come back!

Food was great. Amazing flavors.

One complaint and I can’t get over it is, no queso for the chips and salsa! This was a miss for me

I had fajitas, the tortillas were obviously made in house. The flavors of the beef onion and bell pepper was awesome. Would have been better if the plate came with a cheese and guac/sour cream.

Kid had a quesadilla, it was enormous and it was good.

Another kid had chicken enchiladas, not great to be honest, the sauce could use some sweet taste to the salt and spicy.

Definitely will go again though

Stopped here on our way back to AZ from visiting San Diego for the weekend. This place hit the spot for my Mexican food craving!!! The chili relleno was phenomenal, and the carne asada tacos were so yummy. The food came super fast and our service was so friendly and attentive. Can’t wait to come back on our next trip!

Came around 5p on a Monday. It was 100 degrees outside and inside comfortable. Immediately seated and served water chips and very good salsa. Very polite and frequently checking on us. Food was very good. Shrimp cocktail very favorer. Chili Reno, cheese enchiladas cimichanga chili Verde all very good. We will return and recommend.

This was my first time here meeting a friend for breakfast.
Cute comfortable little place. Good food and very good service.
The only thing I missed was some type of a senior menu or a discounted menu for breakfast. Other than that, I’ll definitely be going back.

Decided to try a new place with my family and now this will be THE place—- service is ok but the food makes up for that- trust me on this one. Can’t wait to go back!!! Carne asada was hands down 2nd to best ever- so tender!!! Albondigas broth real authentic boil down- get you some of this!! That ranchero will be next on my hit list for sure!!! We all went home happy

The last review is right. I will also say – You’re Welcome!!!! Listen…..Al Pancho’s in Alpine is an amazing food destination! Seriously. Maria, the server was absolutely attentive and delightful! We had the Molcajete for 2, enchiladas, and a salad. The shrimp were cooked to perfection!! The Asada and chicken did not disappoint either. The nopales were just as I had hoped for…..tender and delicious! Do Not…I repeat Do Not sleep on this spot. Also, Salsas are fresh and the right amount of heat. Enchiladas were wonderful. Sauce was authentic. You can’t get better than this place. I will say, I don’t love the rice. But that’s a regional thing. It’s not bad. Just not made like how I grew up eating it. But the rest of the food is home

The food was really good. I had the tacos Al pastor, and the other person had a tamale and civicie tostada. Portions seem small, but they we’re filling….so….. Prices seemed fair.

The tacos Al pastor had a really really good flavor, and a ton of meat for a street taco size.

Service was pretty good, menu had a good selection.

My only nit, but given everything else, not worth a star…the menu items do not always say what the item is. So if you don’t know all the items on a Mexican menu…you will need your cell phone. Could also ask too.

Very welcoming staff & atmosphere. Our server was funny, friendly, the food was great. We were very happy with out visit and will be returning. Looking forward to trying another item on the menu. Seafood is always my first choice but they had many other options of course.
