Unbelievably good food and top tier service provided by a team of some of the most lovely ladies ever. The steak quesadillas are a delightful, crispy tortilla stuffed with marinaded asada and melty blended cheeses paired with a perfect guacamole salad. Since it was “Taco Tuesday” and the upsell was expertly done by the table waitress I had three separate versions of today’s special and each was uniquely elegant and absolutely delicious. Specifically the Chorizo with a slightly peppery, tangy, jalapeno and avocado sauce on the side. This is the most perfect Mexican-American restaurant in Pace and I’m extremely glad I chose this for today’s lunch. The only complaint I could even muster up is the first round of “unsweet” tea came clearly slightly sweetened with aspartame which was accentuated by the second round of Unsweet Tea.

She is sweet, funny, and personable! As a local business owner, GOOD workers are hard to find! She kept our drinks full, table entertained, and out food was perfect!. She turned a normal dinner out into something we truly enjoyed! We will definitely be back, and we will be asking to be seated with Darian from now on! Thanks for being a rockstar!!

This place is really really nice inside. It’s a whole lot better than their location in Pensacola. Great service. The Puff taco was spicier than I preferred but still great flavor. I have also ordered the birria flautas, which are also very good. They do have really good margaritas. When they sing your birthday they blow bubbles which i thought was super cute and better than having whipped cream smashed all over your face

I recently visited Pedro’s Tacos and Tequila Bar in Pace and I must say, I was quite impressed with their newly remodeled restaurant. The ambiance was beautiful and the service was top-notch.
However, I have to be honest about the food. While it was beautifully presented, and it was “pretty good”, it didn’t quite meet my expectations in terms of quality. It was definitely better than average, but I couldn’t help but feel like something was missing. That being said, I do believe that Pedro’s Tacos and Tequila Bar has potential and I’m willing to give it another try in the future. Overall, I would give it a solid four stars.

Honestly, great job. The place is HUGE and immaculate. We sat outside and had the patio to ourselves. The server was friendly and personable. The drinks came after our food but it seemed like the food came out less than 5 minutes after taking our order. All of our food looked and tasted delicious, not the typical Mexican food experience (shades of tan and mush). The drinks were well done as well. We were there to celebrate a birthday and they really do it up with a bubble gun and ice cream with a huge sparkler in it. Going here for the first time felt like stumbling upon a hidden gem in humble Pace, Florida…

Just stood in line for a solid 10 mins with several other people waiting to be seated. We were never acknowledged. The last people to enter were taken to a table right away. Only difference was they looked related to the gal that sat them. They never even started a list , gave appox wait time. Nothing. Very disappointed. I had enjoyed music bingo nights, big family dinners, quick lunches, ect. Spent a lot of money at this establishment not because the food is great but the staff had always been really attentive. We had slow service the last time we had breakfast there. But this made a bad impression, and I don’t think we will be back.
