These wings were good. They have so many different flavors! I tried blueberry BBQ, hot apple cinnamon, and peach bourbon… I thought they were all tasty. I did order my sauce on the side and they accidentally delivered with it on already, but that’s okay.

Idk what happened. I’ve had past orders that were great, and normally they would be 5 stars, but todays order was just sad. Ordered fries for delivery, but when they got to me they were cold to the touch. I don’t expect then to still be piping hot, but these I had to reheat in a toaster oven they were that cold and soggy. Two orders of wings (no complaints about the sauces) and one order was what you’d expect, but the other order was just the leftover breaded bits. They were both supposed to be the same size. You can clearly see how much smaller the second order was in the photo. Photo is before eating anything.

Traditional wings had no flavor. The fries were dried out and some of the wings were slightly under cooked. The sauces weren’t that great either and for the love of god their red passion fruit lemonade tasted like staight up mildew!

Ordered from here through Uber eats. Ordered some boneless honey BBQ wings and the garlic Parm fries. They had a lot of choices of sauce for the wings which was nice. Food was good my favorite though was the garlic Parm fries. Will order from here again.

Had a nice meal a few months back. Son wanted to go back for his birthday, so we did. Never again. Service was terrible. Waitress was an inattentive slob. Waited nearly an hour for a table despite the fact that several were empty. Once seated we waited close to an hour for what was clearly just warmed up bbq pre-made offsite. Wings came out drown in sauce when they were supposed to be dry. Drinks Never refilled. Prices are out of line for the low quality of food. Next year I’ll just hand him $150 and make him some good bbq myself

My wings had almost no sauce on them. Ordered four different flavors and all had barely any sauce. My BBQ wings and sweet and sour wings looked plain and tasted plain besides a few with a touch of sauce… who does that..I had to use my own hot sauce on the Buffalo wings. Not worth the money.

Over a dozen orders, maybe only one was correct. The smoked chicken is usually good but your order will never be right and that’s not a joke.
I’ve ordered so many wings and the sauces are hardly ever what I ordered, even when I pay extra. I started ordering plain wings just so they couldn’t be messed up. For the money it’s an utter joke and I assume the owner is incapable of proper management since everyone clearly feels the same.
It’s a front for smokey bones, and a bad one at that. Great potential ruined by incapably lazy and cheap management. I hope they read every comment cause I’m gonna keep claiming that free Uber refund until you do your job buddy. Avoid at all cost. Unless like me, you use Uber Eats and enjoy getting free food as a statement against behavior like this.

To be completely honest, this review isn’t about their food since I didn’t even get to eat it. This is about their utter lack of professionalism. I placed a delivery order and it took two hours for them to tell the second driver that’d been placed with them that someone else took my order and I would have to reorder. No mention of a refund, or them taking any accountability. I had to go through Uber Eats to get a refund. What kind of business does that? I could reorder ,but I won’t be doing that because I can’t trust them from the get go to be a decent business. Who ever owns this business should be ashamed, because the issue clearly lies with their business practices. Employees don’t just let stuff like this happen, it’s a lack of accountability on the owners part that’s caused this issue and from what I’ve read many others. If you give a darn about your business and your customers, so will your employees.

These are identical to the wings you buy in the frozen section at Walmart. Almost no seasoning either. Apparently an order of wings doesn’t come with ranch. If you make an order for delivery and call to speak to the manager, they’ll leave you on hold and never pick up. Also, they like to forget to add small items you add to your order like celery or drinks.
