You all have to eat here!!!! We always walk by this place to get Popeyes or we go for Industria Pizza, and at times Starbucks. One day we walked by the window and saw a couple having pizza, pasta and wings which caught our eyes as the food looked delicious! So we said we would come by and try it one day! WELL a few weeks later we decided to come for dinner and AMAZINGLY the food was to die for!! One of the best pizzas I have had and the wings were delicious. The photos below don’t do justice as I wish I took the pictures before I almost eat everything…yeesh! Portions are huge and the prices are sound. One thing is for sure I am coming back to try the pasta next! Staff are so beautiful and friendly, thank you for a wonderful dinner tonight.

Kept passing by here and decided to come in a give it a try, and I must say wow . We ordered the All Meat Pizza and 1.5 pounds of wings. Pizza was amazing, cheesy and had an abundance of toppings. Wings were fantastic too! Everything was very tasty and perfect. Food came out nice and hot which is always a bonus. I would highly recommend if you are in the Burlington area at Appleby and Upper Middle Rd to stop in and give it a try, you won’t be disappointed ❤️

I have tried pizza all over the GTA. My preferred style is New York with a crispy base. I’m not sure what style of pizza this is, but it’s not for me. The dough is chewy, floppy, and relatively tasteless. The tomato sauce was relatively simple (bland). If you get toppings they fall off immediately. I think it’s better than some of the chains, but not by much. If you’re looking for higher quality pizza you’d need to go to Pizza Nostra in Mississauga or something like North of Brooklyn in Toronto.

We’ve had pizza from Applestone several times before and enjoyed the high quality. My husband just got home with the Classic vegetarian and it is practically inedible – extremely salty, crust too soggy and undercooked, big vegetable chunks, most undercooked. Did not expect this from Applestone. We’ll be calling to provide feedback too. The other pizza (Pepperoni) was good so not sure what happened here. It will be going in the garbage. Disappointed.

It was our first time trying Applestone this past week. The pizza was great and the service was amazing. There was a minor mix up in our pickup time and they mistakenly put olives on our pizza. However, the staff were apologetic and went over-and-above to apologize by offering to give us the pizza made in error, our original order + an extra pizza at no added cost.
The toppings, sauce, & crust were delicious. You can tell they care about the final result. We will be returning!

The pizza here is fantastic but management decided to lose a customer today. I have ordered pizza from them nearly on a weekly basis for the last two years or so.Pizza is great, delivery people are great.Tried to order online today, but could not. Called, placed my order, told it would be approximately 40 mins. Sixty mins later no pizza. Called 75 mins after ordering and was told it would be there in 5 mins. Had to call back at 90 mins and this is when it went downhill. As I was talking with management delivery showed up. I told the manger I would not be paying for a pizza that took 90 mins to get to a location less than three kilometres away. Management then decided that they would lose a customer. They refused to give any discount and told me to give the pizza back to the delivery driver. They lost a loyal customer over a thirty dollar pizza.

First time trying this place. We are a big fan of Pizzioli to be honest and it’s a lot closer for us to get to. Ordering online was easy, they had lots of toppings to choose from and the prices were at the same level as many other pizza places.
When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and felt very welcomed even though I had never been before. There was a regular in front of me that was treated the same way and I was impressed the staff knew her name. Excellent customer service. I only had to wait 1-2mins for my pizza which was right one time!
When I got home the pizza was still hot and they did not cheap out on the toppings and I did order extra cheese and was happy that it actually looked like I got that! The dough was delicious and reheated the next day without being hard.
I did enjoy it a lot. I just find the cheese a little more “real” at Pizziolo and I do love the mini pepperoni from there.
However, being in customer service my whole life they blew me away with that. We will be back I’m sure. Sorry I broke your tip box! Keep up the good work!
