Restaurant was not busy at all, but it must be an off-day because our dining experience was a disappointment. We ordered two enchilada dinner plates, and a chimichanga plate. The order did not come out until nearly 25 minutes later with another table (seated 10 minutes after us) being served their food before us. On top of that, the server admitted the cook made a mistake with our order.
When my family finally started eating, the enchiladas were awful.. tortillas were tough like a day old microwave taco shell, and the ground beef was under-seasoned. The chimichanga plate was okay though.
The enchilada plates were bad enough for any person to send them back to the kitchen, but we already had waited long enough that we didn’t want to wait further for new plates.
The server was okay. Friendly enough, but we could sense she already knew the food wasn’t good.. and yet didn’t care to ask “how we liked it..”
Can’t say we will go back anytime soon. Eating here with a disappointing experience on New Year’s Day sets the tone for the year.

Went in Sunday morning Jan 18th and ordered 3 breakfast burritos a la carte with asada and no beans. First time for the breakfast burrito here and went here because Espresso Expressions was closed and didn’t feel like driving to Burrito Factory. Wish I did now. The meat was mediocre at best, no spice of any kind and there was very little egg and cheese in them. But this was only in two of them. Like one egg was split between two burritos. The 3rd burrito actually had beans. Only beans. No meat, no eggs. We specifically said no beans. Since we got these to go and didn’t eat them until we got home to us not worth it to drive back and complain. Very disappointing especially since have always liked taco/burrito king food. If you’re craving breakfast burritos on a Sunday, make the trip to Burrito Factory.

I went here for an early dinner with my family. Food was hot and fresh brought to our table. Taste lacked flavor but overall was enjoyable. I did appreciate the salsa bar where you could select you own sauces to add to your meal. Soda bar was lacking choices and variety. Overall 4 out of 5. I did appreciate all the indoor seating for dining.

Great dine in place, some of the best mexican food you can get in Anchorage. The drive thru is a little hit or miss they always forgetting items 3/4 times you will be missing something from your order. The dine in service is 10/10 along with great costumer service.

The chips and salsa were tough to enjoy because the chips were too large for the tiny salsa dish, making dipping messy. I ordered a burrito expecting just the listed fillings, but it included beans and rice I didn’t want, which was disappointing. The staff was friendly, and the burrito tasted good otherwise. I’d suggest smaller chips or a bigger salsa container and clearer menu descriptions to avoid order confusion. Hoping for a better experience next time!”

Kinda hit an miss. First time we went the presentation was excellent but the flavor just wasn’t there. Went again recently and it was fire. That hot sauce is on point always.

Awesome little Mexican spot. The birria tacos were delicious. Also, they have a self-serve salsa bar that is so fresh and adds to the experience.
