Ok, now I am not one to leave a horrible review unless necessary. I will leave bad ones but this is just beyond ridiculous. Went to Taco John’s tonight and ordered 4 Soft shell tacos and a grilled chicken burrito. I ate 2 of them when I got home and was full after the first 2. The other 2 I was going to eat after just a little bit. Upon eating I warmed them up for 20 sec. Got halfway through eating it and there was plastic in my taco. I am not happy if you’re gonna open up a package. Don’t do it over food. Be careful with your food and inspect it before you eat it. You never know what you’re going to find in your food. Do better at Taco John’s. Train your children workers to pay better attention when opening things.

This is my large potato Oles & taco I got today. $21.76 to be exact. It was delivered by Door Dash & my LARGE ole had that many in it. This is the taco. No taco sauce-no cheese. Called & spoke to Bezzie who blamed Door Dash driver/bag was closed up. Refused to send me new ole (I never asked for credit) she said no, unless I place a new order? Excuse me?! She then hung up on me & hung up on me 3x when I called back asking who the name of the manager working today was. (I asked nicely) I’ll be sharing this with everyone! Disgusting.

I never leave reviews but this has been terrible. All 6 times I’ve been here my tacos are soggy wet with taco sauce, WAY too much cheese so the taco is just cheese and maybe 2 bites of meat. This was my last time trying this taco johns. I LOVE taco johns and moved here from Duluth and miss it, but I will NEVER come to this location again. Service isn’t good either, I stood in a line with 1 person in it talking to the “manager” about car sales for 5 mins until a DIFFRENT employee came up to me to help me.

We were here today and ordered 1 super burrito with no guacamole and extra sour cream, 1 beef burrito and this is the receipt we got!! When we questioned it we are told that one till said this order and the other one said what we really ordered!! They didn’t know what was going on so I just said give us our money back and we will go else where. The girl said she would have to call management because she didnt know how to refund on a debt card. So should she just reorder everything? I said no and just give us our money back. She said all I can do is give the cash back because I don’t know how to do it with a debt card!! I said just give the cash back. Will be a cold day in you know where that we return!!!!

Asked for a large breakfast bowl today out in Hibbing at taco Johns and this is what I received which I ordered 2 and they were both this size I went back into taco Johns today to complain and there response was “it is in a large container and I said but the food doesn’t look like it was a large portion for a large breakfast bowl they then told me oh that’s cause we were told to do it in a small portion” well guess what taco Johns you just lost a customer if I could I would give this review 0 stars they need to retain there employees not only on customer service but they also need to retain on portion sizes this came out of Joshua B mouth from Hibbing taco Johns

Terrible service, visited this store March 12th. Burnt dry steak in the street tacos and poorly thrown together cold congealed burritos. Missing half the order. Rude staff that would much rather ignore you as take your order. Disgusting service and even worse disgusting order. Took pictures of how burnt it was and how hap-hazzard then together it was. Honestly totally turned off by taco John’s now and I’ve loved taco John’s 20+ years from when my mother worked there during my childhood. Tomatoes tasted like they were starting to go as well

Worst service ever. The incompetence of this manager girl in there is on a level I’ve never seen. She couldn’t even apologize for completely screwing up our order then had the nerve to act as if it was my fault or somehow I was inconveniencing her for asking to make it right. Place is filthy. What owner in their right mind would allow this to get so bad. Shame on you I will never return.
