We’ve been brewing up delicious coffee, espresso blenders, smoothies and pastries since 1998. Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. You’ll taste the Scooter’s Coffee® difference in every drink.
Drive-thru chain serving espresso & other coffee drinks, plus a variety of smoothies & pastries.

Reviews
From the moment I started ordering, her tone was dismissive and rude. When I politely asked if she recommended any coffees, she responded “not really” in an uninterested voice. When I asked if the matcha was good, she said, “Well, if you like matcha,” while laughing in a way that felt mocking over the intercom. It already made the interaction uncomfortable, but I continued my order anyway.
When I pulled up to the window, she handed me my drink carelessly, which caused it to spill all over me and inside my vehicle. There was no apology or acknowledgment. Then when I asked if they accepted Apple Pay, she abruptly grabbed my phone out of my hand to process the payment herself without asking, which felt very unprofessional and inappropriate. She handed it back without saying thank you or even speaking.
After paying, I sat there for a moment because she said absolutely nothing — no “thank you,” no “have a good day,” nothing at all. She just stared at me awkwardly until she finally looked at me with an annoyed expression and said, very rudely, “Do you need anything?” I then politely asked if I could have my receipt. She rolled her eyes and snapped, “Well, can you give me a minute?” before eventually handing it to me abruptly.
To make matters worse, the coffee itself tasted terrible, which made the entire experience feel like a waste of time and money. This level of attitude, carelessness, and lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable for someone working a customer-facing position, especially the drive-through where customer interaction is the main part of the job.
I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this interaction was uncomfortable from start to finish and management should be aware of how customers are being treated.
❤️Great way to start our day!.☕️
