Ordered shrimp egg foo young. It was delivered spilled in bag . And it’s dark brown gravy . I’ve never seen this for egg foo young before. It taste disgusting. Like soy sauce liquid . Not like gravy. And I tipped the delivery driver and everything. When I called to tell them the gravy was spilled all in bag they had me on hold for mad long and hung up on me twice before I spoke to a manager

I see that it is a new restaurant in the 21 St Ave, I had the opportunity to order for delivery to my house, and fresh and delicious food always arrives, I have not even had the opportunity to go personally, but soon I will. I really recommend them they serve very well and there is also service in Spanish and they charge I think $ 2 for delivery in Paterson, have a good night

I’ve been ordering from SUI MIN II for years. It’s always been my favorite. I mostly order for delivery. Lately for the past few months I’ve noticed the food is not the same. My favorite dish, which was the boneless rib tips with pork fried rice smelled funny & tasted weird. I’ve ordered different dishes after because I’ve eaten there often in the past years & even their French fries aren’t the same. I did try to order my favorite dish one more time after that & it still tasted as bad. Sometimes their chicken wings aren’t really cooked all the way either. We have a big family here & we all have noticed the downgrade with their food. Sad to say I have to find a new Chinese food restaurant that I can enjoy again.

I swear every other restaurant either had bad food or really mean delivery service. I’m happy to say that this place has none of those things! The food is fantastic and there’s a warmth and kindness to their service that you don’t really get anywhere else! Anytime we want Chinese, this will always be our first option! I wish this restaurant many years of success ! :]

So I’ve ordered from this place a couple of times going in and just bringing the food home. I’ve also order delivery to my husband’s jobs a couple of times without any issues. The food was delivered within the time frame I was told. Today I decided at 4:30 hey I’m going to order food for delivery well that was a big mistake. 5 o’clock still no food I was told 20 to 30 minutes. Called them at 5 15 becsuse still no food I was told to give the driver a couple minutes he’ll be right there. At 5:30 still no food so I called and I told them listen I don’t care where your driver is, at this point I don’t want the food I want a refund because I paid with my card. They had me on hold for another 7 minutes to wait for the manager. Manager said that the process a refund when I asked for a confirmation number she couldn’t give me one at this point I’m irritated. At 5:48 I get a phone call from the delivery driver that he’s downstairs. Literally that is a whole hour and 15 minutes after I ordered. I will never order from this place again not in person and not for delivery.

I wish I could give a minus, I have always been hesitant about ordering from here, I’ve live down the block for 2 years now I decided to give it a try and what happens, there was a roach in my food, that is the worst thing to ever happen to me I reported it to department of health, my husband took food back and stated the man tried to say we put roach there, what would be the reason??? We brought all the food back and only wanted a refund, my husband used to always eat there never again the lady knew and told the man no he eats all the time she stated they will bring someone to clean I hope so for the sake of other customer

Very weird people. Got call from a guy attacking me saying the food is ready for half an hour and I have to pick it up! I told them I never called to order and the guy is yelling at me on the phone saying I did and I left my number, so I hung up. Then I get a call later saying the person ended up picking the food and the want to give me a free meal and I said no thanks, and he’s like we are the best Chinese restaurant in America, after I told him 3 times I’m not interested in their free meal. So once again I had to hang up. I really don’t know if that was a prank call or what but I will never order from them , very rude and weird people.

This place has been under new management a few times in the past year or two. The service is super slow, food is just ok. Food was tastier under prior management.
