Ordered breakfast for 6 people & had it delivered. The delivery was awesome. Was 20 minutes sooner than originally expected. My order consisted of 3 lg taters (all looked good) a mixture of 6 biscuits, then the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant. I’ve had it several times before and it was AMAZING. But whatever this thing was they put in my bag was LACKING. The sauce was non existent, then I saw the most pitiful minuscule piece of “bacon” I’ve ever seen.
I do not like to difficult especially in the food industry because I’ve been there. I understand shit happens but it was a very disappointing breakfast

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from Myra in the drive-thru this evening (11/18/2025). She communicated clearly, was friendly, and even brought my large order to my vehicle so the line could keep moving. Her customer service was truly outstanding.

This is my favorite local Wendy’s and I definitely appreciate its service.
However they seem to have a high changeover rate and this can definitely affect the operational speed and quality of the food/service.
This time they had a really friendly staff and my food was hot and delicious. The only drawback is I don’t know if they fully changed their sauces or they had run out of regular, sweet and sour because she gave me the sauce for the saucy nugs instead of the regular sauce that I order.

Went to this location around 1015pm. Food was disgusting. Warm and old. Like it had been sitting a while. I was on my way to work so I didnt have time for a refund or fresh food. I literally got here and trashed it thinking I was going to at least keep my drink. Nope!!! I asked for their fresh made lemonade and got the fountain lemonade. Trash whole order. Money wasted!!! Do better!!

Every time I go I say it will be the last but it was cold and rainy and I wanted chili. Every time I always ask for cheese on my chili. Every time, it is missing. So after waiting in the drive thru for 30 minute “fast food’, I walked inside the store to ask for cheese. At first I thought she didn’t speak English. She just looked at me. Finally she asked for my receipt. MY RECEIPT?????? no I walked my butt into the store in the rain because I’m trying to scam you out of 30 cents worth of cheese! It doesn’t matter if cheese is on the receipt or not! I ordered it and its missing Its YOUR mistake! Never again I’ll make my own chili.

Spent 15 minutes in the drive thru and they only got 3-4 cars thru. Machine declined debit card despite coming home and finding that no issues exist with my card. Could not take orders at the drive thru and serve customers at the window. Honestly this is probably the worst Wendy’s in the area for quality/customer service.

Before I even finished ordering, the woman taking my order was VERY rude and snippy. I left the line. Definitely do not recommend coming here. If you can’t be kind even if you’re having a bad day, don’t work in customer service.

They didn’t have any fresh lemonade because their delivery didn’t come as expected. No refund on the extra fee paid for the lemonade. Food was hot and the order was accurate. The beginning of my interaction with the worker started off bumpy but ended on a positive.
