Came in Xmas eve and ordered my usual 6 pretzel pizzas everytime I’ve done it they were perfect until Xmas Eve they were not pretzel pizza crust they were pan crust pizza with the toppings and maybe 5 flakes of pretzel salt I understand why you guys got cheap on the salt because the crust wasn’t pretzel. I have to say this time I came out of all the other times for driving 20 miles just for your pizza isn’t worth it anymore. I even gave a tip then after realizing 1/2 way home it wasn’t pretzel crust and they ripped me off of the salt that was suppose to come with it. I can’t see spending anymore money at this establishment when I told the worker have a Merry Xmas he came up made sure I paid which I have not been able to not pay using the online app and pay at the store unless I go there and personally put in my order so that made me feel like crap then his exit after trying to be nice and giving a tip the way I was treated. Hope you make it without me because I can do without being treated in such a way when I bring my hard earned money to your business.

This is the worst pizza I’ve ever received from Little Caesars.
Ordered an Extra Most Bestest, it may have had extra cheese, but very little pepperoni, certainly not extra, nor most bestest.
Also ordered a pretzel crust pepperoni with cheese sauce. Crust is burnt, pizza is not cut, heavy salt is all over the pizza, and there was so much butter all over it that it ruined my wife’s t-shirt when it literally ran out of the box and all over her. Absolutely not edible.
Ordered on-line, pick up time 6:33 to 6:38. I waited until 6:45 and still no notification that is was ready. It said it went in the oven at 6:22. When i pulled up to the window and gave the girl my name and order number she looked it up and then i could hear the crew arguing in the background about the order.
It took another 5 minutes to get my drinks, EBM and breadsticks. Was told we were still waiting for the pretzel crust.
Mind you it’s now been over 30 minutes since it was marked as ‘in the oven’. It took almost another 10 minutes to get the pretzel crust pizza.
I have pictures and I will be sharing them. What a horrible experience.

Horrible place! Got there and hear the loud lady in the back yelling they don’t even have my order. I wait another 10-15 mins and then the dude came up and said “can you move over so i can take the next person”. I asked how long is my order going to be and he said “i don’t know they’re working on it” and then ignored me. The next person was told their order would be a wait also. What a joke of a business. I’m done with this nasty dirty place.

The pizza here is good, when they get it right. Twice we’ve ordered the pretzel pizza and twice theyve given us regular pizza. The first time they got the order wrong they replaced it free of charge but not before saying our pizza looked like the right pizza (it wasnt) then fighting amongst themselves about how to properly make the pretzel pizza. I know i shouldn’t expect much, but on days off where you just want to relax, you want to at least get what you ordered.

The staff on Cable road are wonderful. They’re working so hard with no air in 90° weather I think this needs attention asap. This is how you lose good employees. They’re not animals their people. I stepped in the store and could not breathe so I know back there with those ovens they are uncomfortable but still get the job done. Have a heart get them some air conditioning….

Waited at the window for 5 mins listening to the employees converse among themselves. Walked into the building and they continued to speak with each other and not acknowledge me standing there for another minute. After asking for food and sauce, was told by another employee clear in the back “nah, we all out, I ate it all” very rude employees
