Went today as a day trip with my family to Lancaster and my wife found this BBQ place. Have to say I’m not a big fan of Mac -n- Cheese and theirs has to be by far the best I’ve had, brisket was delicious, pull pork was amazing and burn ends were damnnnnnnnn. My daughters got the Mac-n-cheese bowls with pull pork and they loved it. I would definitely drive and hour again for their delicious BBQ and definitely recommend.

Oh man, we just picked up a sandwich and mac from the truck (better prices than DDash btw) and this is some fantastic BBQ! We were at the brewery and the owner came in to offer us a taste of pork belly (AMAZING) and we ended up with a brisket sandwich and mac in return. Gaor prices, good portions, and the flavor of both are incredible! The brisket is so tender and smokey.

Stopped in Friday night and left stuffed. Portion sizes are big and did not disappoint. Had the brisket sandwich which was delicious and my wife had the pulled pork max and cheese which was very yummy. Great spot to stop for food and a beer since its located right outside a brewery!

The brisket is fantastic. Melt in your mouth and full of flavor. Plus the portions are generous. I got the Cole slaw, Mac and cheese and beans. The beans are magic. The owner was really nice to me and I’ll be back for more!

This food truck is amazing! Everything we had was so good even the salty balls! Worth the trip to try them. You can tell they take a lot of care preparing all their dishes! Brewery right beside the truck to get a brew and enjoy your food.

I would have rated 5 starts but I got the wrong side. I ordered the balls but somehow got mac n cheese. The mac n cheese was ok but its canned cheese. The beans were very good. The brisket was great though. Good size portion.

Buddy said I needed to give it another try. Sorry but still horrible bbq. Dont waste your money! bbq sauce nasty vinegar taste, baked beans are canned and reheated. Meat was grey and tasted old and kissed on a grill to warm it. Hotbox bbq SUCKS

Some great bbq! Will def come back. Mission bbq is good but their meats are sometimes more fat than meat and while they have an array of sauces and sides, their menu doesnt change. Appreciated the key lime slaw special today (it rivaled the meat)! I like smaller businesses like this one where there is sometimes new menu items/specials! Mac and cheese was ok and is the saucy type. Beans were decent. We got the brisket sandwich and ribs. Portion size was perfect. Service was great, looking forward to trying their new hotdog food truck too.

It is a food truck so the view isn’t spectacular. The people working there were friendly and quick to help. The brisket tasted good but had just a bit too much sauce and was quite small for a 15$ sandwich. They offered free mack and cheese on Friday wich made the price of the sandwich a bit more acceptable. The mack was a bit hard but flavorful. Someone else mentioned the small portion and was told it was because they ordered online but I was there in person.
