Not going to lie.. this might be one of the best food spots in Waldorf I’ve had. Staff are super friendly.. only gave 4 stars on the atmosphere because they don’t have a liquor license yet so I couldn’t get a drink. Once they get that I’ll be a consistent customer. Keep it up guys

I ordered this birria pizza in April and it was better than this. Today it was dry, very little meat, and barely any onions or cilantro. I paid $35 for it and I wish I would’ve gotten sushi instead. The tree leches was good, but it was also pretty dry.

Picked up food here for lunch today. Easy ordering process. The customer service when I walked in was great. I didn’t eat in but ordered in restaurant. My family has eaten here many times and every time they are never disappointed. The portions are more than enough and the prices are decent. The food was tasty and options plenty. I’d definitely recommend checking this place out if you haven’t already.

Yummy food and fun, colorful decor. The service was great, too, as the staff was friendly and attentive. My quesadilla and Mexican street corn were delicious. The salsas were tasty and the salads looked fresh and flavorful. Great Tex-Mex spot!

Our third visit, first two times were okay, not great, but hubby wanted to try again, and this time the menu was huge! Good green salsa, we both liked the fixing coconut shrimp, though they were a tad overcooked, but better over than under. Hubby liked his steak chimichanga, my carne asada wasn’t bad. Great service, though. Will definitely go back.

I’ve seen Fiesta TexMex a few times and finally decided to try it out. I’m glad I did. I got the chicken, steak, and shrimp fajita and loved it! Both the food and portion sizes were really good and our waitress was both friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back here and highly recommend.

Fiesta Tex-mex is by far one of my favorite spots in the area, food is amazingly delicious, service is delightful and amazing, and you can’t beat the prices at this spot. 100% recommended.

UPDATE: Still love the food, service and atmosphere here. I won’t change my rating but I feel I should warn about the Tres Leche cake. I caed in my order and got it to carry out. I asked the person who answered the phone about the Tres Leche cake as it is listed as $12 on the menu. I asked if it was good and worth the $12, asking how big the portion was. I was assured it was plenty big, big enough for 2 people. Note the
pictures: not big and not a two person portion. Maybe it was because ot was carry out, but it is the first thing I have ordered here that 1) wasn’t worth what I paid and 2) was not as good as other tres Leche cakes I have had (and yes, I have had my fair share).
Otherwise the rest of my meal was delicious. The fiesta burrito with shredded chicken (which is only a couple of dollars more than the cake) is oversized and 2 meals for me. I think a $12 cake should be the same (or so good I eat it all in one swoop, laughs).

I took half my order home with me for dinner. The food was *delicious* . We had the Fiesta Burrito with shredded chicken added. And the Classic Tex Mex Enchiladas, 1 beef, 2 chicken. We used to live in San Antonio and the food hit like being there. The chips came to the table still warm. The salsa and salsa Verde was great. Service was great. Food came fast. We will definitely go again!

I took my sons to lunch. The food was okay. My sons ordered a kids chicken taco and a quesadilla kids, I ordered the birria tacos. My tacos were good and my oldest enjoyed his quesadilla; my youngest son did not enjoy the chicken taco. The chicken was dry and it was cold. He ended up not really eating.
I think I’d give it a try again and bring my husband and mother-in-law along.
The atmosphere was empty but fine, it was the middle of a weekday l, so I figured most restaurant goers were at work.
