check your food, because lately it seems they are cutting corners and making the items you pay for incorrectly. I bought two double del cheeseburgers, opened them up, and they have nearly no lettuce, one tiny tomato, and 1 piece of cheese. they should each have 2 pieces of cheese, and actual toppings.. glad I checked and took pictures because I had a feeling something was wrong. unfortunate they need to rip off normal people over 1 slice of cheese and a little bit of lettuce and tomato on a 6$+ burger. makes me remember why I shop at the grocery store and cook at home. check your food before you leave.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Del Taco location. The employee who assisted me, Francelia, was disrespectful and did not provide good customer service. When I asked questions about the menu, she responded rudely, which immediately made the interaction uncomfortable. The food quality was also poor. The tortilla was hard, the chicken was burnt and tough, and by the time I picked up the bag, the tortillas were already cold. This was frustrating, especially given the expectation of fresh food. What concerned me most was witnessing Francelia taking pictures of another customer in the drive-thru. She was also yelling and acting aggressively toward that customer, who appeared calm throughout the interaction. This behavior felt highly unprofessional and inappropriate. Overall, between the poor food quality and the unprofessional customer service, I would not choose to return to this location. The experience gave the impression that staff were disengaged and unwilling to provide respectful service. Your best bet is to go somewhere else who has better food and better service!

Francelia and Julie is rude and disrespectful. They said I cannot come back because their boss said and I have done nothing to them but I came in the drive thru I said 2 ranch chicken taco. I had a reward and ask a question regarding my rewards for a free chicken ranch tacos and my reward wasn’t working. So I asked how much do I need to spend so I can get my free reward then she kept telling me it was my problem to come around again however there was no one behind me. I was trying to get the reward to work so Then I did what she asked and came around and i asked her if she can scan again and she kept saying there other customers but there was no one behind me or inside ordering. So since she was saying that I decided to just pay without using my rewards and I realized she had charged me grilled chicken tacos and my order was wrong. So I came back and Julie said that I said the wrong order because I didn’t say fried” ranch chicken tacos. I said ranch chicken tacos it’s the same thing. She was super disrespectful just because I didn’t say fried. She was super rude I cannot believe they treat people this way. The way the talk to u and when I came back the second time because my order was wrong she said I cannot come back to this location. These r the 2 people that were super rude over a question on my rewards.

I have come to this particular Store #182 for the past few years, but two days ago I was not satisfied with my order.
My burrito was folded with haste and a lack of concern. I should have taken a photo of it, but I was so hungry I inhaled it. It was normal at one end then folded like a funnel getting super thin at the other end where it was only tortilla and zero filling. I basically got 1/2 a burrito at full price. Oh sure, haha it was funny, unless you’re the one paying for it.
The Crunchy Chicken Taco is nothing more than a chicken strip inside a tortilla. A five year old cold have made it. Oh wait— did a five year old make it? I don’t mean to insult five year olds.
I trust that when I return next one it will be as good as the previous dozens of times I went through the drive-thru. I guess they were having a bad day, but at my expense.

No need to wonder why this place is lower rated than the DT on Valley. Just picked up a mobile order and the girl working the drive thru was acting really oddly. Im not a sensitive person, I understand workers are stressed. But she was genuinely aggressive and mean.
She said she couldnt find my order and told us to pull up, then after waiting for a while without being greeted we had to knock on the window to even get her attention. She told us we were impatient and the order was being prepared, after just telling us that she couldn’t find it and giving no explanation. No communication, just being confrontational. I will go out of my way to visit a different location before coming here again.

We ordered the crispy Chicken and Guac Burrito, two del taco (crunchy), a ranch crispy chicken taco and a crunchtada tostada with a side of fries. I was so shocked at how fresh the avocado was in my burrito! And the chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy and the whole burrito was just perfect I couldn’t stop eating it! The del tacos were decent as well, we could have skipped the tostada but the crinkle cut fries, which are my favorite cut of fries, were so freaking delicious! They were hot and fresh and they brought the whole meal together

Lemme just say, I usually love DT for a cheap snack and I go to the one on E Valley Pkwy all the time with no issues. Today I went to this location and the lady wouldn’t give me 8 sauce packets for 4 tacos saying their policy is one per taco… Umm I get what I ask for at the other location every time. Also, there was almost nothing in the tacos… See for yourself. Manager here is skimping on everything. Don’t go to this one

This place has horrible customer service!!! I used to come here back in high school I don’t know what happened to this place it has gone down hill with the service forsure and the food the last few times I’ve came to this location the Hispanic lady that takes orders through the drive through is always so mean she is not nice at all she is always in a bad mood and I am always so nice when I come here but I won’t be coming to this el Norte location at all also my tacos barely even had any meat or cheese they rip you off here I would recommend going to the location on valley parkway they are much nicer there with customer service and everyone is always in a great mood there I hope management see’s this and trains their employees to do better.
