I asked for Veggie Mexican Pizza but they didn’t even cut it and it had tons of beans like it needs to be finished before closing the store. The tortilla was smelling like it’s old and expired. My burrito wasn’t grilled even I asked for it. Maybe they need to work on it for a better quality of food. Staffs at the front counter are amazing but the kitchen crews needs improvement for a better customer experience

Food was incorrect, please make sure the team is paying attention to request to remove certain foods like sour cream, onion etc. It is really a bummer to get your food just to realize you cannot eat it due to allergic reactions. Also, please pay attention to orders going out and that everything on the receipt is in the bag. The food was hot, looked very well made, the drive through was smooth and the workers were courteous and nice. Just needs a little work and you guys would be top notch!

The employees are super friendly including the mgr. All respectful and professional. The food is on point. The kitchen is clean. The employees don’t gossip or act all loud and crazy. They literally are professional. Great customer service and great hot, fresh food! I got the chicken strip taco things. One was Chipotle and the other was avocado ranch. I’d upload a picture of the lemonade freeze I got but it’s half melted with this 105+ temperature outside.

Still the best sauce packets and best crispy tacos. But the menu is so complicated now. Like many fast food places…. The whole process has slowed down. And it’s not the workers fault. It needs to go back to its roots. Simplify the menu. Remember who they are.

CROCKETT TEXAS TACO BELL, THANK YOU!!! Y’all are awesome we came in late Black Friday night. We were Starving! There was 10 of us on way home to Apple Springs from Dallas. We got there about 15 min until closing time…… we were treated amazingly good ( so close to closing on a Friday) Most other places would have given us the Riot Act lol….. Everyone working was professional and just seemed happy to be at work. These days I really value how the employees feel and act shows that they’re Appreciated!!!! Our food was fresh, good, and even brought it to our tables. So thank you all again it was so nice to have such an amazing experience given the circumstances especially! I hope your manager sees this review and looks who was working that night because you were amazing!

Food is good. Service not so much. Rarely get it the way I order it. Just like all Taco Bell’s the drink machines always has water all over the counter and floor.
The decor tables/chairs are old beaten up nasty looking.
