I went into the Dunkin to have my order taken and stood at the counter for probably 7 to 8 minutes before I was told that they didn’t have the time to take my order. There were roughly 5 employees, none of whom were doing anything, mind you, including one who was just on the phone. I finally found the digital kiosk to make my order however, I did not know how many shots came in a Large latte. I wanted to ask how many shots of espresso typically came in a large latte before adding any extra shots. I went to the front counter to ask one of the employees how many shots came in a large latte typically, however, upon me asking this question, I was promptly ignored and laughed at, and then pointed back to the digital kiosk. Text while I was ordering, I was told that a shot of espresso would be $1.99. I assumed that this might be a misunderstanding as he did not hear my prior question because he ignored me. I asked him again how many shots of espresso typically came in a large coffee. He told me, again, that a shot of espresso was $1.99. I told him that that was not my question. I then asked one more time how many shots of espresso came in a large latte. He did not tell me and clearly did not have the English speaking abilities to communicate if he knew or not. I was then laughed at. I went to the kiosk to try and figure it out. I wanted about 4 to 5 shots of espresso so I assumed that if there were about two shots of espresso in a large, I would then add two more shots of espresso to make a four shot of espresso, Large Latte. I didn’t see them making my drink about six minutes later and I see them laughing at me as they’re making the drink telling me that it Was going to be too strong. Had I known it was going to be too strong or perhaps if the employee had answered my original question I would know this, but since the employees did not care enough to help me out, I was forced to figure this out on my own and paid nine dollars for a coffee that has way too many shots of espresso. The employees here are awful and I will never be coming back here again. Try to go to any other Dunkin if you are physically capable, this place does not deserve your time.

I recently visited this Dunkin (first time ever in one) and the woman running the place was so rude. Not only to me but her staff. She yelled at the two young girls “COFFEE”, when they simply paused to read the screen showing their online orders.
She took my order- no one was behind me or in front of me. She starts on my drink and when someone came in she set my cup down and took the next persons order. She repeated this process- (picking my cup up and setting it down, picking it up and setting it down) 4 times. I waited almost 20 minutes for a matcha, when no one was in front of me.
Whoever owns/runs this place needs to look into the efficiency of their managers and their process in general.

I purchased a dozen donuts and proceeded to eat just one. I couldn’t even finish it. I called the store because I had already returned home and was told they don’t make old donuts, they come straight from the kitchen, and bring them back that’s all they can do. Very rude and not customer friendly. Why would I lie about old donuts? Just trying to let them know other customer wouldn’t appreciate paying money for food that doesn’t taste good. I did take them back up there for a refund and was meet with attitude. The money was returned, so just be aware.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I feel cheated by store number 301585 in Saint Joseph!!
Today I ordered a large iced coffee at your store number 301485 in Saint Joseph. Instead of ice , I wanted a small scoop of vanilla ice cream. However, I was charged $4.69 for the vanilla ice cream, and because I didn’t want regular ice , I had to pay another $1for no ice. I’ve never experienced anything like this in the entire USA.
I’ve been traveling the USA full-time, from east to west and from west to east, for three years, and I’ve grown to love and appreciate Dunkin’ Donuts for 13 years. I ordered the same drink (ice coffe) at another branch the same day (survey code: 36301 63257 1208 0956) and received it at a reasonable price. Perhaps the manager of this branch should be kept under a closer scrutiny to correct or replace this gentleman’s behavior.
Sincerely,
John

I don’t usually ever give a bad review from anywhere but the worker made me really upset. I went in & I ordered a medium tropical guava lemonade add liquid cane sugar. I went to order a doughnut then as I was telling her the second one she threw the bag on the counter so I said “I’m still ordering”. I then ordered a strawberry doughnut she put in a strawberry doughnut with sprinkles. So I said “I don’t want sprinkles”. She THREW the strawberry doughnut with sprinkles on the counter and put in the right doughnut. Then while I’m trying to scan for points she told me how much I owed 3 times as if I didn’t have the money but I do. Then they rang up my order wrong. Then they gave me my drink with no liquid cane sugar so they had to put that in. I tried the drink it tasted different. So I went back to the counter I asked nicely if it was made correctly she said yes. I told her several times it doesn’t taste right & she said no it was. I asked if she could remake it & said NO.
I feel that when you’re in food service because I’ve been in food service before if they ask you to remake it then remake it or try to fix it or at least give them a refund.
So I’ll never do St. Joe Dunkin ever again I’m sticking with Niles!!

Good visit. I just stopped in to get donuts and a couple of cups of coffee. The location was clean well-maintained and the whole evolution went extremely well at a reasonable price.

More times than not, my order is wrong. I typically only bother getting a donut and decaf coffee. 70% of the time it’s not decaf which is the only kind I drink due to breastfeeding. They’ll argue that the drink is decaf instead of remaking it so I usually will just stop coming for a month or so and then try my luck again since there aren’t many locations here. Today I got a large decaf coffee….that was not decaf…and a coffee roll but they gave me a glaze donut instead lol.

I used the app to pre-order 2 dozen donuts of a specific flavor 1 day ahead of pickup. I was told at the counter that this location did not fill my order because they do not honor in-app purchases scheduled the day prior. They made the situation more difficult by arguing about the order rather than filling it at the time of pickup. Ultimately they refused to fill the online order.
