Fix your Google location market. Clean the chips and other trash under the tea and napkin cabinets, clean the furniture specially the back area sides looks dirty, get more people in so that the restaurants dining area/tables is somewhat clean try to encourage them to clean around sauce pans on the self serve station as well as the line so it looks more organized. Change the lighting If possible to bring more life into the restaurant.

This location has gone to . Wasn’t greeted when I went in. Had to wait to order while an employee was standing there on her phone. Was missing my sour cream I asked for. Lettuce was wilted and had pink coloration. None of the meat was fresh. I used to love this place:( so sad what it has become

Went to this place for the first time and ask for the 3 soft tacos with steak grilled and the guy was putting 4 small pieces of steak on each and I ask him can u pull more and his response back we will charge you extra. I was like what. And on top of that it was cooold steak.

For 20 years I have been coming here getting a half chicken half steak homewrecker burrito. Today I came in with a friend at 7pm the only people in the building tons of food getting cold going to waste and the general manager would not sell me the food I wanted to order. As stated online he was supposed to charge me for the more expensive protein & make the sale. He did not he refused. Looks like the undercover boss needs to come back to this store im sure their doing other ridiculous things wasting money. Peace out moes

Juana was great! She seemed to adapt and overcome when supplies were running low but business was still boomin! She had a great attitude, and took care of us promptly The food is always great, but Juana’s love made it 10x better! Thank you for making our day Juana, hopefully we will see you there next time!!

Me and my friend are driving all the way from Florida to New Jersey and stopped at moe’s so we could have food along the way. I open up my stack and this thing is burnt to a crisp. I took a bite and it doesn’t taste good because of how burnt it is. What is this nonsense? Only giving it two stars because they gave us extra chips and the guy liked my jokes. Very disappointed with this moe’s. I would’ve asked the guy for a play date but he screwed me over with this stack.

Imagine watching the woman filling your cup of queso up, and then REMOVING half of it. This is after going WEAK on the toppings for the nachos and giving an attitude while asking what your order was. For $40! Yeah, this is NOT it. How do you take back half the cup of queso for nachos..in front of the customer. Wild business for the cost. I enclosed the pic of the queso before eating from it.

First time I’ve ever ate at Moe’s the food was excellent the service was superb and I would recommend to all my friends and family. I’m going to look for a location in Salt Lake hopefully they have one.
