My husband got me coffee between 5am and 6am and thry charged my debit card 4 times in the amount of 12.47….which is almost 50.00. He went in to try to get them to fix it and we were told they didnt do anything wrong. Went to the bank and I have a bank statement showing all of the charges. Bank fixed it but they didn’t do anything. Never again. Shady shit.

I asked for regular sugar and they used liquid. I went back into the store and asked them to remake it as i do not like the liquid sugar and can definitely tell they used it because i literally go to dunkin everyday and she refused to remake it and told me not liquid and walked away and i do not recommend this dunkin store. The older man is verg nice but that lady not so much!

I dont like to leave bad reviews but all of the ice melted when I was given my coffee, so I went in and explained this and asked for more ice and they said no Dunkin gives away free ice. I said no, some franchisees don’t. Corporate stores do, I go to them and ask often. So yeah, I went to another place and got some ice in my drink. Have a blessed day though!

Rude and aggressive staff who blames you if they make your drink incorrectly.
We ordered an iced matcha with hash-browns in the drive-thru. When handed to us through the window, the matcha consisted of several thick, green chalky clumps throughout the drink and looked hardly stirred, if at all. When we tried to point this out to the girl handing us the drink, she seemed confused and kept saying that it’s a matcha. We’ve had matcha at several different locations dunkin and non-dunkin affiliated, and we know it’s not supposed to have unstirred clumps that look like algae buildup in your drink.
We were initially still going to just take the drink and leave, but my sister took a single sip while still in the drive-thru and gagged at the taste and texture. We waved them down and politely asked if we could get a refund, since from the cashier’s confusion we didn’t think the staff knew how to make the matcha properly.
This is where things take a turn, an older man joins the conversation (whom I’m assuming is a manager of some sort) and immediately gets defensive. He takes the drink and questions us on what’s wrong with the drink. When he explain it’s filled with unstirred clumps and tastes inedible, he catches an altitude and blames us for “how we ordered the drink”. He then proceeds to make up a lie and say that they can’t do refunds, while still pushing the blame on us for ordering the drink (even though he had already took the drink back).
When we suggest escalating it to involve law enforcement, he finally hands over our refund- then immediately proceeds to slam the door hard in our faces.
Corporate needs to visit this location for customer service training, and have a meeting with management in charge. No other Dunkin location in the area has ever behaved as poorly as we encountered here.

10/13/25 am – I HAVE A MAJOR COMPLAINT TO REPORT!
There were 2 women working the drive-thru that morning. The larger and taller woman that was wearing the black Muslim hijab was at the window when I pulled up with my car. She was EXTREMELY RUDE! She never gave me a greeting and just held out her hand for payment without giving me the price of my order. I had to ask 3 times for the amount to know what I was paying. Then instead of opening up her mouth and verbally telling me, she thought it was a good idea to start tapping on the sign that’s underneath the window. To let me know how much I’d be paying for my order.
At that point, she could definitely see that I was visibly upset with the lack of customer service that I was getting.Then she started speaking in another language to the other woman working with her, and said “ATTITUDE” in English as the other woman glanced my way. I was VERY upset and could go on and on about the lack of good customer service given that morning!
The way she carried herself at that window and how rude she was to me, only let me know that she’s very comfortable interacting with customers that way, and I’m sure that I’m not the only one. I’ve had a MAJOR problem with not getting the costs of my order until I drive around to the window. It’s been happening for years. That was the last straw.
I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION FOR A VERY LONG TIME!

The chai latte was satisfactory, although slightly too sweet. The cashier, who appeared to be of Indian descent, provided excellent customer service, offering information about the area’s traffic and the nearby PennDOT office. Prices were reasonable.

Coffee was tasty and they actually had a stocked selection of doughnuts. This has been one of the better Dunkin Doughnut that I have been to in a long time. The staff was also nice.

If you want a quick caffeinated beverage they have Amazing coffee and lattes at half the price of Starbucks, but if you are hungry for donuts – not so great. The recipe for them has definitely changed over the years.
Go for the coffee, but head to Duck Donuts or Maple Donuts that are yummy and Much better than Dunkin.
