I felt very overwhelmed the first time I went into ABC Nutrition. Christine addressed me right away as she knew I was new to her shop. She explained all the drinks to me. I still wasn’t sure what to order and she asked my favorite flavor. From there she helped me pick out a drink, which I absolutely loved. They are very helpful in explaining the products, flavors, etc.
I’ve been going into ABC since it opened. Some days I get my all time favorite but most of the time I pick from the ever changing seasonal & holiday menu because I love seasonal products.
Now that ABC is here in McHenry, we rarely go to the other big chains for coffee, shakes, teas, etc. I definitely love that I can now have yummy healthy drinks in replacement of the other overly sweet drinks.

Is definitely a place that won’t disappoint. Staff is fabulous. The drinks phenomenal. Oh my Goodness way better then Coffee, places and actually good for you. I definitely think this is a great place. They also support local crafters and vendors. Great little local businesses that you can go and feel good supporting local and being healthy. They have something for everyone. Even fun kids stuff. Several little personal gifts.

Buyer beware, this is not tea. I was recommended this place for tea. If you are into protein drinks, this would be your spot. I was still open to trying it because I’m pretty open minded, and everyone needs more protein. However I paid like, $15 each (so about $30 for 2 people) for a very chemical-tasting drink made of various powders. I took a few sips and threw the rest out at home, and was pretty salty about it since they were so expensive. I would be open to trying it if they added anything that was actual tea to their tea menu.

ABC nutrition is amazing it’s like walking into my second when I am warmly greeted by Christine or Chelsey! Every time I go in we talk forever! Since starting drinking the shakes and teas I have lost 60 more lbs on my weight loss journey! Christine is extremely knowledgeable about all of her products and everything taste soooooo good!!! I have never had a protein shake without the aftertaste! Definitely give it a try for yourself!

This place is amazing.. I used to be on Herbalife about 8 yrs ago and moving to IL I couldn’t find a place but I’m glad this place is opened up. The owner and her staff are wonderful and everyone will talk to you and tell you about the products. I lost 100 lbs when I was on Herbalife before so it works you have to be consistent and willing to spend the money for the products.

Hubby and I went in for the first time today. So many different options to choose from. We were greeted by friendly staff, decided to ask what the cashier’s favorite was (forgot to ask her name) She recommended banana pudding protein shake while the hubby got funfetti. So yummy! A little on the pricey side, we will be back though! Can’t wait to try something new, we are so happy to have a healthy alternative here in McHenry. Definitely recommend!
