I had not been to Burger King in about 4 years. I decided to give it a try.
Pros: Excellent customer service-I went inside
The new buns are very tasty.
Lettuce and tomatoes were fresh
Their new mayo was excellent

Says closed at 1 am. Ordered food and went to go get it and the woman at the window was ABSOLUTELY RUDE!! WE WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!! THEY SAID THEY WAS CLOSED AT 11:30 WHEN THE WEBSITE SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 1 AM !! So we had to find somewhere else to eat. We was giving them another shot bc last time we went we spent over an hour waiting on our food. I just got off of work and thought it would be nice to have some Burger King but no I guess not. And as someone who works in a high class restaurant the service here is BARE-MINIMUM !!!

I don’t know what happened- if the owner knows and if the mangers don’t care- but it’s crazy- it takes 20 minutes to get your order through the window especially in the evenings/nights. I’ve seen employees eating from a customer’s bag as they brought it out to them. I was watching the cook- one cook- cooking one hanger patty at a time verse preparing for rushes etc. and the staff is scary. There used to be time limits on how quick and order is prepared for the customer. It’s sad because BK burgers are usually good if there’s not excess sauces

I visited this Burger King and was happy with the quality overall. The food was prepared well and served hot, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and made the experience pleasant. The only drawback was that the wait time was longer than I expected, which took away from the convenience a little. Other than that, everything else was very good and I would come back again.

As Burger King goes, the experience was pretty average. The staff seem pretty lackadaisical. They never said thank you and I had to have them check my order twice because they gave me the wrong drink. Flavor-wise, I used to think the Whopper was the best fast food hamburger. However I found today’s experience to be below average. The fries were not seasoned and the portion was puny.

Enjoyed a Wopper Jr and some great Fries. Friendly people and quick service. My order was made as requested. No onions. Drink machine was not working. Needed to request a drink from the back area. They said service providers were coming.

First I asked for a fish sandwich but without any time late I asked her to change from fish to spicy chicken sandwich. She yelled at me and said fine pull to the window, when I pulled over she gave me this racist look and handed me my order. The onion rings were good and the drinks are good but the sandwich is awful, the bread went bad and the sandwich was not hot.

Restaurant is dirty, bathrooms in desperate need of remodel, no soap in the men’s room. Went inside to order, was never even acknowledged by staff, waited 10 minutes and took my business to a competitor.
