Casual, blue-&-white-hued eatery offering cooked Japanese eats & sushi from a conveyor belt.

I really wanted to like this place because the staff was so friendly, but I have serious concerns about food safety here. It is a kiosk in the mall, and despite there being almost no customers seated, the conveyor belt was completely full with zero gaps. This suggests the food is just cycling around unrefrigerated for hours rather than being made fresh.
My husband and I each grabbed a plate with raw fish; both were room temperature and the avocado on his roll tasted rotten. The pricing is also high ($$7-$8 per plate), especially for sushi that isn’t fresh.
Since I am now feeling sick the day after eating here, I cannot recommend it. If you do visit, do not take anything off the belt.
Photos included, the belt is much longer than the little bit in my photo. If you look at the background you can see part of the bar-like seating with no people and lots of sushi. The only other people at the place were behind me and I didn’t want to photograph them.
I don’t think I’ve ever posted a negative review before. No way would I eat here again.

Sitting in the middle of the expensive mall. Almosphere is fun. Concept of conveyor belt is great. But service is so so. Menu had a variety of interesting items but only about 5 main dishes, a cheesecake and a plate of fruit that kept coming. That was on a Sat night and there was quite a few customers. I would think they would have had more variety of dishes than that for a Sat night. The plates kept going round and round multiple times bc others patrons were expecting and kept waiting for new dishes like we did. Such a turn down. Raw fish quality wasn’t bad but if they really want to keep business going, I’d strongly suggest to make the plates with variety options as the menu says. I suppose we can order them too but server rarely came by and didn’t explain anything to us. Pineapple smoothie tasted good but nothing special. We can make it like that at home. No garnishing on the plates / drink whatsoever.
The taco and sandwich sushi pieces were creative and good though.

Situated in the middle of the sawgrass mall, the atmosphere is the sound of families, friends, children, and sometimes even pets all talking and sounding off at once. The food itself is good sushi, it isn’t the greatest sushi on earth, nor is it the worst sushi ever made. Its average sushi for someone looking for a quick sushi fix. In no way am I saying the sushi is bad, its actually good considering the situation of the constant making and producing of sushi rolls, maki, and sashimi. Overall it’s quite an average sushi place, but in no way bad and if you’re looking for a decent place with decent prices for sushi, this is the place for you!

Is very slow the service and getting the check and all that.
The food was really good. I enjoy everything I get today . Apple Maps and Google maps is very confusing searching for this place but is in the middle of the building.
I like the system. Very Japanese
I enjoy the coffee and the dessert

I’ve been looking for a restaurant like this for sooo long!!! My 2 children and I ate there, it was such a fun experience. My kids were in shock seeing the sushi go around on the conveyor belt. You should be mindful as prices can rack up as they serve the sushi in 4 pieces. But they had dumplings, sushi, sushi tacos and cakes on conveyor belt and then you can order off the à la carte menu (which I got a salmon and cream cheese hand roll). I also ordered a really delicious sangria. My kids got sodas. They also had coffee there. It was so fresh and one of the better sushi’s I have eaten and I have eaten a lot of different sushi as it’s my favorite food!
Some sushi rolls I saw were crunchy crab rolls, shrimp tempura, salmon and cream cheese, sushi with dumplings on top, sushi with chicken katsu on it, and sushi with seaweed on it. I only saw like a red velvet cheesecake.
Color coded plates are for the price.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This sushi restaurant offers one of the most unique dining concepts I’ve experienced — a conveyor belt that brings a variety of sushi dishes right to the customers seated around the countertop. It’s incredibly convenient and adds a fun, interactive twist to the meal.
The sushi selections are truly exceptional and unlike what you’d find in a typical sushi restaurant. There are several creative and unique dishes that make every visit exciting. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
The owner is constantly present, extremely friendly, and very accommodating. You can tell they take great pride in the restaurant and in making sure every guest has a great experience. The service overall is excellent.
I’ve returned several times and will definitely continue to frequent this spot. Its location in the middle of the Sawgrass mall rotunda between Burlington and Rain Forest Cafe. Makes it easy to find — you can’t miss it. Highly recommended for anyone who loves sushi or wants to try something new!

OK sushi if you like to try the belt, but the taste… don’t expect too high in a mall fast food.

Stopped by Sushigami while shopping at Sawgrass Mall, great spot to grab some good-quality sushi with a super convenient conveyor belt setup. Fresh and flavorful rolls kept coming, definitely good value for money, especially in a mall setting! But here’s a tip: if you’re craving something specific, it’s faster to order directly from the menu rather than waiting for it to show up on the belt.

It’s kinda funny because the menu has the same color as the plates that are moving so you can see the prices and choose the plate you want. I think this is useful because you don’t need to ask for the prices of each plate so finally you keep all the plates you ate and one of the people on the service takes the plates and gives you the check. You can go with friends, family or kids. You don’t spend too much there, obviously, it depends on the plate you want to eat. I didn’t try the desserts but people say that they aren’t good. I spent $22, I ate 16 sushi rolls.
