We were disappointed with our recent visit. Upon entering, we weren’t greeted, which set a negative tone. As loyal customers who frequently enjoy your Signature creations, we were excited to order 2 Everybody’s Signature Creations. Unfortunately, the preparation didn’t meet our expectations – the mix was off, and the special items weren’t proportioned correctly. We were surprised to be charged extra ($1.29 + $1.29) for these Signature creations, as we understood them to be all-inclusive. The experience left a sour taste, highlighted by the unfriendly service. We’re hoping for a better experience next time.

I try to give this shop,( even though super expensive) my business to offset the Ice Cream truck that frequents the neighborhood. I live a block away and when I am coming back from a walk, I often stop in and grab an ice cream. Been doing since they opened, but today I was told I could not be served because I had my dog. So I will no longer support this business, I went to Boba with my dog instead and they have new freeze drinks for a lower price. Bye bye Cold Stone Creamy, you are walk up ice cream with no seating, good luck.

Ordered a photo cake from this location and the result was unacceptable. The image was not printed to fill the cake surface and instead appeared very small and centered, surrounded by excessive blank frosting.
I emailed the photo in advance and asked for confirmation that the image dimensions were acceptable, but never received a response. Had this been communicated, the issue could have been corrected before the cake was made.
When we contacted the store, the manager said there was nothing they could do, refused to provide any resolution, and was rude and dismissive.
This was my first time ordering from this location. I’ve ordered photo cakes from other Cold Stone locations without issue. Do not order a photo cake from this store. Sharing so others don’t have the same experience.

The worker Karen does not listen to your order while making it! It’s like she has tunnel vision and at the end when you try to correct her and add the addition topping you wanted she just puts it on top without mixing it and says it’s already in the cup so I can’t take it out and remake it. HORRIBLE! If I wanted a piece of brownie on top of my ice cream I could have just went to Safeway across the street and put one on it myself. Someone retrain her!

The worst experience of my life. Upon arrival I wasn’t even greeted and when it was my turn I was ignored… The couple being me had to let the man/ manager know that it was my turn and not theirs. He then scoops my ice cream and tells me at check out that. “ I thought you were a door dasher“ with a smug on his face… That was the most disrespectful thing to say someone. He assumed I was a door dasher because I didn’t look like the other customers in the store. Which is upsetting to know that I a person of color couldn’t walk in there being seen as a regular customer, instead seen as a ”Door dasher”……

Customer service has eluded these people. I got 2 scoops of different flavors. I asked for a mix-in topping with one of the flavors. The little boy who was unenthusiastically “helping” me flat out refused. He said “It’s too much work.” I pointed out that the process is the exact same as any other order with a mix-in. He then said he could mix both flavors and toppings together, but couldn’t do a mix-in on only one of the flavors. That’s ridiculous AND the same amount of work. What’s worse…the senior fellow working with him said nothing, allowing this kid to flat out lie to customers. Shame.
