Avoid this place, it won’t be around long once the newness wears off. Showed up on time for reservation on a Saturday at 5:45pm, took 5 minutes to be seated inside. The atmosphere was loud and we were seated at high tables, my fiance had to climb into the chair. Took 10 minutes to then be seen by a waitress. Ordered appetizer and entrees right away. Some of our silverware was dirty. CACIOCAVERA CHEESE STICKS arrived to our table first. These were rubbery, oily, and the cheese and marinara were lacking in rich flavor. Not worthy of $17, but ordering something was necessary since no complimentary bread or anything is offered. No plates were placed at the table for our apps and we were forced to eat these by hand over our napkins. As we were waiting for our food, we were interrupted several times with attempts by different staff to deliver other people’s food to our table. On the large screen above the bar, a black and white film was playing depicting drag queens and prositutes dancing in provocative ways. I am not sure what movie this was but it was disturbing to say the least considering there were families with children dining. 6:29pm our food was almost delivered to someone else’s table before finally arriving to ours. BUTTERNUT SQUASH TORTELLONI had 13 small tortellinis that were luke warm in a bed of oil. Flavor was good but the pasta was not cooked properly and they seemed rubbery/dry. The portion size was ridiculously small considering this does not have a cream sauce, do not order this unless you plan to rely on an appetizer and a desert to fill you up instead. SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS was underwhelming. The pasta was cooked properly, however the flavor of the sauce as well as the meatballs was lacking in depth and did not live up to the $27 price tag, though the portion size was decent. Lastly, the MEATBALL PIZZA w/ FENNEL SAUSAGE was just average and again not hot, not worthy of $25. We came to celebrate a birthday, however, we asked and no complimentary item of any sort is offered to celebrate. Wait staff was extremely slow, very disorganized, silverware was dirty, table was not set right for appetizers, food was not hot, atmosphere was loud and the movie playing was distasteful, finally the prices were outrageous for the dishes we ordered.

New restaurant that opened in Crestwood. The staff here is very friendly, professional and helpful. It is so cool to see the open kitchen in the back. You can even see the pizza oven. Lots of great choices on the menu. The food did not take long to arrive after ordering. The food tasted awesome. A little expensive, but well worth every penny.

I know they haven’t been open very long at this location, but for the amount of money we paid, the food and service was extremely disappointing. We got a pizza, pasta, and kids buttered noodle and all of us left hungry. The pizza was the best of the three. The pastas were SO al dente that it felt like eating cardboard. The kids pasta was split, DRIPPING in grease and had zero flavor. The lemon paccheri was pretty to look at, but again, the texture of the pasta really ruined it for me. If there was a dessert menu, we weren’t offered it. We ended up needing to flag someone down for our check after they had boxed our food. Overall, a strange service experience and highly disappointing food.

Food was a joke. The tortellini wasn’t even cooked and they give you like a kids portion. Doesn’t come with any sides and no bread or anything. Left hungry and disappointed. For this price do better. I’m sure they have other food that is okay but not with going back again to find out.
