Today I stopped by to buy my dinner after a long day. The Western burger was very good; it was fresh and hot. I didn’t know they had iced coffee, so I decided to try it, and I loved it—the vanilla coffee was delicious. The cashier was very friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. I will definitely be back soon.

Love the burgers.

Hate the “(Here is your drink…Can you please pull around to the front, we have a timer going.”

Oh… I’m sorry. I didn’t realize I was participating in the Drive-Thru Olympics. Should I stretch first? Do I get a medal if my combo is under 90 seconds?
If I’m pulling around and parking anyway, what exactly was the point of the drive-thru?

Your timer has nothing to do with me. I’m not grading you. I’m not the Drive-Thru Police. I just want my burger without feeling like I messed up your lap time.
Again — food? Great
Timer anxiety evoked on me? Unnecessary plot twist.

I came to this location between 1/12/2026 1/15/2026 I for got what day but by 12 noon some time just to get a bite to eat for lunch But
I’ve never felt so disrespected at a fast food restaurant. The manager !!rolled their eyes !!!! and acted irritated when I spoke, I don’t think she likes us black people which is extremely unprofessional. If this is how management treats customers, I can’t recommend this place at all.

Terrible experience this past Thursday lunch hour. The drive-thru took forever, and by the time I got my food, it was cold. My waffle fries were basically a bag of crumbs—only 3 actual pieces and the rest were tiny scraps. To top it off, the really big woman with down syndrome at the window was rude and unprofessional. Between the bad service and the ridiculous portions, I won’t be back

Absolutely disgusting experience. The lady named Maria was rude, moody, and completely unprofessional. She was packaging food while taking pictures and texting on her phone without wearing gloves or washing her hands. She even rubbed her face and scratched her hair, then went right back to handling food like nothing happened.

To make matters worse, it was extremely hot inside, and she refused to turn on the AC even though customers and employees were clearly uncomfortable. And come to find out, the same unsanitary Maria is actually the manager one of the employees told me herself.

That’s beyond unacceptable. This place clearly has no respect for cleanliness, customers, or basic professionalism. I will be contacting OSHA and filing a formal complaint against Maria for her unhygienic and unsafe work practices. Do better.

To the management of Carl’s Jr.: Your policies are failing your employees and customers. My family and I came in to eat, but the heat inside was unbearable. The A/C was clearly not running, and your cashier was sweating profusely, looking physically ill. It’s deeply disappointing that when I asked about the A/C, she explained that she couldn’t turn it on because the manager had left for the day. This isn’t just an issue of customer comfort—it’s about the well-being of your staff. A manager who abandons their post and leaves their employees to suffer in a stifling environment is a huge liability. I urge you to re-evaluate your leadership and make some serious changes.

12 noon had the dining room to myself…. In and Out was right next-door: Inside packed…and about 20+ cars in the drive-thru.
Carl’s needs to go back to the 70s marketing plan when they actually dominated the burger market in California. How anyone in management could keep their job knowing the circles the other burger chains are doing on them right now. …. for less money.
Big Carl combo cost 15+ dollars.
