Place looks very run-down from the outside as well as the inside! I did not want to eat here because of how it looked but decided to stay @ the end. I ordered the orange chicken which was pretty good! I expected more from the rice because it’s just plain, no vegetables/eggs etc., also ordered Teriyaki chicken but the chicken was just very fried & breaded & we didn’t eat it @ all. I wouldn’t come here again. If i did though i would just get the orange chicken.

This is a great restaurant with great food and great service! It may take them a while to get to you to take your order but once they do, your food is out very quickly and it is very excellently composed! They even warned me about the plate sizes when I ordered a lot! This is a restaurant of high quality.

I came here Wednesday with spouse, & son. The people stare at me like I’m bad person or they have a problem. They were very rude disrespectful. I didn’t feel comfortable there. We ate there but the food didnt taste good. I think they overcharged my spouse for the food. As I was leaving they laughed. I dont know what their problem is. They are very mean awful people. I will never come back to this restaurant.

We come here and we always enjoy the food, we usually order orange chicken with white rice. Unfortunately today we had to sent back the orange chicken it was over cooked and too harsh to the bite. They responded with a professional attitude. They quickly brought us a new dish and apologized for the mishap. The staff is extremely friendly. It’s such a family and friendly atmosphere when you sit in their tables. Will definitely continue coming back for more delicious food.

I’ve been here several times. This business is hard up. The food us good however there attitude won’t keep my business anymore as of today. A lady spent 40 bucks and was ahead of me in line. She wanted to spend another two dollars for two cans of soda but the soda in the coolers were cold. Instead of the owner GIVING her a free cup of ice, she had to discuss it with her coworker in another language. They then checked to see if the soda was cold or not. And kept talking for a few more minutes as we both waited. Took about 5 min for the owner to offer a cup and ice. Unbelievable. We can spend our money but they can’t give anything in return. Wanted to charge the lady or not give it to her. SMH this is why businesses suffer because you are acting in scarcity. You won’t get another dollar from me again. If you can’t be nice to people who have HELPED you keep your business. Bye Felicia

My Family and I have been coming to this restaurant for over a few years now. Food is always delicious and hot when it comes to us. Customer service is always great, and the owners sometimes are there to greet you as well to make you feel welcome. Overall, every single time we have gone, they’ve never disappointed us. Staff is great with the little ones. They have high chairs as well. They bring slices of lemon for your H2O. We will always come to this restaurant because it’s one of our favorites here in Phoenix. (Hot oil to spice up your food is always taken to our table) The spicy oil is very tasty.

Wouldn’t let me try the soup. When asked if I didn’t like it if I could get my money back, they said no.
Lunch says it comes with soup but they choose.
Soft drinks do not have free refills and they dont tell you.

Very attentive employees. Very good food and it came out SUPER fast. Was hot, delicious, and everything I hoped for. Me and my brother got crab puffs, pot stickers, egg rolls to start…I ordered teriyaki chicken which came with white rice on the side and my brother got house lo mein. Bill was about 60 bucks. Huge portion sizes also. Would definitely recommend.
