My first time at this location, service was fast. Employees super friendly and kind. Resturant clean and tidy. Only thing is parking, but it’s right downtown so that’s a given. I parked in the loading zone and got my food quickly, as there was no street parking to be found. Lost one star for that.

This was my first time using the Chick-fil-A app, and the experience was extremely disappointing. My order was missing the Lemon Chicks Cup, which was very frustrating. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, the service I received from Ryan, the shift leader, only made the situation worse. He told me there was nothing he could do because, according to him, the order was placed through DoorDash. Instead of offering a solution or showing any understanding, he simply told me that I would have to go to the restaurant myself to pick up the missing item. I explained that I recently had surgery and physically cannot go to the restaurant — which is exactly why I ordered through the app in the first place. Despite this, there was no effort made to resolve the issue or accommodate my situation. The lack of empathy and customer care was extremely disappointing and not what I expected.

This is a good location. I’ve been to many of these restaurants and the ones with drive throughs have turned into nightmares. I was visiting town and came here on a Tuesday for lunch and they had two people taking orders while people were waiting in line to help speed things up. The seating area was clean and light. The staff were friendly and my food was great (deluxe chicken sandwich meal). I came back later around dinner and got mac and cheese and nuggets and a peach milkshake. Definitely recommend!

Had order takers meet you at door, can’t see menu, then get in line and wait for them to call your name. Drinks were so packed with ice very little beverage. Food order was correct and got. Dining area was clean.

This was open when my destination restaurant was still closed in the morning. My Sausage Egg and Cheese biscuit was moderately priced, and quite good – although the soft, delicate, crumbly biscuit had difficulty keeping the food together as a single sandwich.

This Chick-fil-A location is very conveniently located in downtown Indianapolis. It is only a block from the Soldiers & Sailors monument and the Art Garden. For being a downtown location, it has a ton of dining space and offers mobile order pick up as well as walk up ordering.
The day we arrived, both the Chipotle and Qdoba had shut down because they ran out of tortillas. They were managing the extra volume of customers with their customary grace and hospitality. Well done!

Hands down one the my favorite places to get breakfast. Thanks tem y’all have yet to disappoint. I get the #5 and a coffee and everything always tastes fresh and is prepared well. Service is very professionally polite. all around win.

I came to Chick-fil-A and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a salad. The grilled chicken sandwich was fine but the Market salad that I ordered needed some TLC, it looked like it was all thrown together into the container, only THREE pieces of fruit and a piece of the head of the lettuce. I don’t know if they cut their own lettuce and put it in here or the salads are prep made but this is unacceptable. Look at the picture. I know things happen, maybe someone put the wrong piece of salad in the container but I would it if the kitchen would show more appreciation into the salads.
