There was an issue with my order online pickup in store, Eric and Bryce both helped immediately… cooked me up a new pizza getting it to me within 10 mins and they even gave me complimentary cinnamon roll bites for my trouble! I haven’t had Domino’s in forever. I heard about ALL the improvements you guys made. So I’m fairly new to Syracuse. I figured why not try you guys. So I spent $63 with you. Thank you for reminding me why it’s been so long since I ordered from you’ll. What a waste of money.. The wings were cooked and the sauce just dumped on top. The garlic parm. Wings had some white gross sauce on them. The pizza needed more cooking time. You guys truly need some work, I’ll try Papa John’s next time or a Mom and pop place. I was able to cook the pizzas a bit longer and I think my son ate 3 or 4 of the 16 wings. GROSS GUYS!! Seriously get it together.. I will say this it got here quickly. Maybe next time spend that few extra minutes and cook everything the way it should be, Toss the wings in the sauce. It makes a HUGE difference.. Thanks for nothing. SAVE your money people Buy your pizza somewhere else..

By FAR the BEST Dominos experience of my ENTIRE LIFETIME. Probably ever to come. The date; Labor Day. The time; the eleventh hour. The NEED; (stuffed crust pizza and bread bites with hella garlic sauce) IMMEASURABLE. And what did we stumble across, glistening in the pale fluorescent lights of this Walmart? The Calvary, our saviors… everything cooked to PERFECTION, the service UNBELIEVABLE. There was an angel from corporate in Arizona behind the counter that fateful night and she bestowed upon me parmesan cheese out the WAZOO and a smile that was as warm as the ovens she blessed our food with. Thank you to the ladies at the East Syracuse Dominos for SAVING OUR NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously incredible. If you want a pizza in East Syracuse, go here, or regret your night.

Ordered pizza from this location and it’s was terrible. First they cut the pizza in small squares and not completely cut through, second; half of the pizza had way to much pizza sauce which made me not finish it. Thanks a lot.

I have ordered several times from here for delivery. I placed a $40 order for delivery. Upon arrival I didn’t check the order with the driver. I get in and find I have a $10 pizza that I didn’t order. When I called the store they stated they would have proof of the order and when I was ready they would honor it. I never asked for a refund thinking this would be a fair resolution. I called tonight to honor the order and no one knew anything about it. No resolution. I’m done with Domino’s completely. Order carefully.

I’ve ordered pizza from all over Syracuse, it’s always terrible. I frequently am among the top 10% of pizza reviewers on Google maps and a huge part of that is the time I’ve lived in Chicago and NYC, especially Brooklyn. To compliment Dominos is blasphemy in Brooklyn, but this isn’t Brooklyn unfortunately, it’s Onondaga. The customer service started off semi poor (which was more on the manager) but it turned around rapidly and was very satisfactory in the end. The pizza itself was actually very decent and I didn’t get a stomach ache, which is common eating out in Onondaga. I’d give it a satisfactory rating, they did their job, I was pleased.
