Go in to pick up my order about 15 minutes ago and the girls working the pick up mobile orders don’t greet or speak to you. So I wait and my order says it’s ready on the screen so I figured it would be any minute. They just stared at me while I waited, hanging out and talking amongst themselves. I finally walk up and look behind them and my food is there ready to go. Everyone knows soggy fries suck lol but I had to ask them for it. Fine, whatever. I go home to eat and my order is also wrong. Never had this happen at a chick fil a. Better customer service would’ve made the food mistake no big deal. Both made me leave a review. Sigh.

After eating the breakfast bowl, I immediately felt sick to my stomach. I got extreme dizziness and chest pain discomfort. My daughter experience the same thing with her sandwich. I don’t trust chic fil a anymore. And the quality of the food. According to other reviews there are quite a few people experiencing the same thing. I’m totally disgusted and disappointed and grossed out. Nasty!!!!!

This is the closest location to me, so I come here quite often, mostly through the drive through. I have dined in a couple times. I have always received great service. There’s only been a couple times that I was not satisfied with something, but it was corrected fairly quickly. The staff are friendly and always nice.
The dining area is clean and has plenty of room inside. They also have available seating outside for when the weather is nice. They can get quite busy during lunch, especially with people with kids. There is a play area thing for kids. They always get orders out pretty fast.
The food is what you’d expect from any chick-fil-a: same portion sizes and same taste. I do want crispier fries more often than not, though.
Overall, mostly really positive experiences.

My experience at Landsdowne CFA. Well it was something i’ve never experienced before. Walk in and see it’s just full of clueless teenagers…..WHERE ARE THE ADULTS???? I casually go to order my food and it’s a young man who doesn’t know what he’s doing (I don’t blame, he clearly got bad training) This poor guy can barely take my order when a woman (probably a manager) comes in and gets very angry at him and was very passive aggressive. I found it hard to continue ordering my food because this behavior really disturbed me. When I got my food I checked the bag and I had received multiple wrong items and was given no sauces. Overall I had a very bad experience at this location and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else to eat here.

Update: was talked into going back for the first time on 4nov after a few months. This time they forgot ice cream. i guess if you earn rewards for free items it balances out for them forgetting stuff each time. annoying that we would have to dig through a bag in a drive through to see we didn’t actually get get the items we ordered and paid for (we did not and are now at home and no ice cream)
maybe i will give this another shot in a few months and actually remember to check the bag

over $40 in food for the family meal and they didn’t give any sauce that we ordered, didn’t check because the food was in multiple bags in a larger plastic bag, had to pull around from the drive through to wait in front and they still forgot it. this food is not good without sauce

On occasion, we visit the Lansdowne location; however, we are weekly Chick-fil-A’ers (if that’s a thing!). Our go-to store is the CFA at Leesburg, near Kohls/Target/Costco.
I have noticed a common theme every time we visit this location; 1) your large fry is never a large serving, it’s more like a medium
2) the employees seem rather clueless (the few times we have gone inside to order)
3) I always have to double-check my order as 9 out of 10 times something is missed
Not to mention, last night I ordered a salad that was soggy and rather questionable. I wasn’t going to risk eating it and getting sick. When you’re paying $10 for a salad you at least pray you’re receiving edible lettuce. They also forgot the blueberries and I was served questionable apples in my salad.
Overall, I would caution everyone to double-check their orders prior to leaving CFA Lansdowne.

When you thought that good customer service was a dying art here comes this store with its excellent drive through service, keep up the outstanding work I appreciate it. I love their Cobb salad, tasty, fresh and filling, yummy.
