This is the second worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The first was the time the McDonald’s employee told me that if I wanted soda, I needed to change out the syrup.
I placed an order through the app for a big Mac meal, large, and a 10 piece nuggets meal, large. Staples of McDonald’s. I selected drive thru for pickup.
I waited for 35 minutes to get the food. The problem was that they had 7 new employees starting during dinner rush on a Saturday. Poor management choice.
The food turned out to be inedible. The fries were so salty. Just so salty. There were 9 nuggets in the 10 piece. The big Mac was missing the sauce. And then the order was packed into the bag… poorly.
At least the GM got to be on her phone while this catastrophe was happening. Recommend literally any other one of the eateries nearby over this place. I hope it goes out if business, or Ray Kroc comes back from the dead to take over.

Arrived there around 11 am to place my order through the drive through. The black guy who was working drive through didn’t seem interested in being there. Or taking my order then when we got to the window to pay he eventually opened up. He had an attitude he let us tap our card and then shut the window and gave us no receipt. Thanks for the poor service. Then they made us wait at the window with no notice about what was going on with the food. We eventually got the food they weren’t nice but who likes good customer service. The fries were good the cocoa cola was good. But the burger looked like it was made yesterday and served today. Thanks for being horrible. Work on your customer service. If you don’t want to be there don’t take it out on the customer.

This location opens at 5am to serve breakfast…NOT!!! They serve breakfast when they think they want too, not at 5 when people are pulling up the the drive thru to place orders. This is the second time I came to this location to get breakfast and I had to pull up to the window and told an employee that I wanted to order and he said “we’re not serving, not right now” They need to have employees there at 4 to set up everything and have everything prepared to serve at 5 when they open. If an employee doesn’t want to take orders, give the manager a headset. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN; because apparently, they can’t even run it properly.

Have been here a few times and no issues, but today I stopped at 1730 and the service was terrible. Had to wait over 20 min only for parts of the order missing. It took another 15 minutes to ask for the 1 pie and 2 packs of BA missing. The staff to include the manager hide in the back, they see you standing there damn well knowing you are there for an issue and avoid you. When they do step up to put good at the pickup counter and you ask for help they acknowledge your request and then just dotn come back. I had to ask for the pie 4 times , 3 of which were to the same person, and only after the new person I asked did I get some service. The staff do not know how to handle a rush hour crowd st all. Avoid this location at this time of day. Picture of the half baked pie, but at least I got it!

My 89 yo mother wanted a Big Mac, so we stopped in on our way home from an appointment. The drive thru is chaotic and badly operated. The food tasted like it was made yesterday and reheated. Won’t be back. McDonalds used to be better. I know it’s not high quality food, but it’s definitely gone down hill.

Drive thru often gets my order wrong. Usually an incorrect item, but not a huge issue for me personally. This time my kids chicken nuggets box contained zero nuggets and just one slice of cheese.

I came to this McDonald’s on dec 28 at 950pm. This Location purposely doesnt take orders in the drive through in hopes that customers drive off. I waited at the speaker for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I was acknowledged I was told to hold on. When they were finally ready for me I started ordering and I was told to hold mid order for another 3 minutes. This location also claims thier ice cream machine is broken but after tonight I do not believe it. I finally left this Location with food in hand at 1020

Who doesn’t like McDonald’s? It’s a bit of nostalgia. However, this particular store relies too heavily on the computerized kiosks to take orders and send it to the cook staff. So much do that none of the employees realized when the light on top of the kiosk flashes it means it isn’t working properly. We waited for 30 minutes for our order only to be told it wasn’t received and the employee didn’t know what to do. He eventually did look over to to unmanned order-taking counter (complete with unused cash register) to find a print out of our order. Ten minutes later, we got our food and mentioned the flashing light, only to have him tell us it’s been doing that all week and it isn’t his job to figure out what’s wrong with it.

The food is off compared to other locations, Always thought it was because it was anew store but no her we are around a yr later and it’s the same. I think the grease they cook in is shared with other food and/or old .Also I can pull up an order and no one in front of me and the park me or send me the waiting window… I waited one time 15 mins with no one informs of me and I had to ask them about my order , they asked for my receipt , Obviously, they forgot about me. This has happened more and then One occasion.Kinda sad I have to drive out of the way for another Mc D’S.
With that being said the kids that work there are sweet. The big guy that takes the orders through drive-through is a champion. He’s the man but the food sucks.
