I ordered food through the drive through! When I got home, we were missing a fry. So, I didn’t just call once, but ended up calling 4 different times. Well, I can just say this, the lady at the window was very nice but I’m getting really tired of my order constantly being messed up. If this is continues, I will not be going back to this restaurant.

This place used to be a really decent place to grab some food, they had great management and service. Now both are severely lacking. Always takes forever to get your order and when you do, you had better check to make sure they got it right. Last few times I have went haven’t been the best, onion rings were harder than a rock, fairly unfriendly drive through people. Most of the time they don’t read back what you ordered. Also just nitpicking but its absurd that they are charging .20 cents for the dipping sauce.
May not come back for a while until mangament and service gets better but I won’t hold my breath.

I would give them no stars if I could. I understand working short handed. But the general manager gave me a coupon for 2 free hand breaded chicken meals because we had been turned down on them 3 times told they didn’t have anyone to make them. So after they gave us the coupon we ask when would be a good time to come in for them they said Wednesday after 12pm so we went in at 1:15pm and was turned down again. So I don’t know what to do with the coupon that we obviously can’t redeem! So disappointing that we cant even try the new sandwich

Lot of updates being made and staff was so friendly. Wish they didn’t make us pull forward most every time, but the food is so fresh and hot that I sort of understand. Just an opportunity to improve a tiny bit there. Of course drinks are best just across the street/highway , but the food at BK ROCKS! Plus, Mac’N Cheetos are back!!!

They gave my order to someone else. Told them what’s in this bag is not mine. Told them I ordered a #7 and #9. Told them I already had 2 drinks to go with. I need another sandwich and another fry. All I got was another fry, because of what my receipt said. This is not my receipt ! They need to give each customer a receipt at drive thru to be checked with receipt on bags brought out to curb so they match. So you’re welcome to who ever lied and took our dinner.

Very impressed with this Burger king. Usually the food is ok,cold, and edible but this time it was a 10/10. Chicken fries were served up hot. The fries were actually cooked all the way threw. I will come back and hopefully have the same experience

Burger King shows they are open till 11 pm. I placed an Order on line at 8:30!pm. Went to pick up at 9:00 pm and they were closed. So now they have my money and I have no good. Now you see why there are lines at McDonald’s and none at Burger King. Is this how you run a business? Where is there any professional pride. If you are the manager or owner you should be ashamed and fired or have your franchise taken away. Now I will have to go there tomorrow to get my money back if I’m lucky

I went in today, the person who took my order was nice but I was raised to say please and thank you.. when I got my order I said thank you and I got a yep.. my onion rings were cold.. and then they were getting busy and a lady with brown hair tall I didn’t catch her name just started to yell out “I need help!” And slammed papers on the make table.. yelled at another employee who is clearly new accidentally gave out a wrong sandwich to a customer..Savannah the shift leader on duty was doing drive through and the beeper kept going off and I heard “are you done?” This was a very bad experience. What happened to being professional to the customers? Seeing slouching on the job, no cups filled, no ketchup pump, no napkins in my bag.

Never had problems before at Spencer BK. Last 3 visits our order was messed up. Got someone else’s order last weekend. Tonight they shorted us food. Not sure what the problem is but please figure it out.
