My stepmom and I went in today to pick up my order but also the pizza they forgot to give her last night and Wynona was the one that helped us. She is WONDERFUL!!! You could tell she was having a hard time seemingly running the kitchen on her own but shes one of the few people ive seen understand the difference between being frustrated with a situation and a person. Despite being in an unfavorable situation she treated us so with much kindness and it honestly made my day. ❤️

Stopped by for a quick lunch, ordered a Wisconsin 6 cheese with pepperoni. Wynona was extremely helpful and very pleasant to talk with. Another employee named Aly didn’t help me directly but was very friendly during my time there. I always order from this store as it’s closest to my home and I almost never have any issues. The customer service provided by Wynona and the patience she had as I was trying to figure out was best for me was very appreciated. She even let me know what deals and savings were available and I was able to save money on my order. Would highly recommend this store! Thanks Wynona! 🙂

Boston road location is terrible A friend of ours used to run that store probably 15 years ago and it was always pretty hectic but I went in last night to pick up my pizza ordered it at approximately 7:00 and I finally left there at about 8:40 I get people get busy things get hectic but it was like walking into a nightclub The music was so loud and just something that should not be played in a family type restaurant / pick up area all except for probably one person seems like they had any kind of customer service was a red-headed guy with glasses he seemed like he generally gave a crap about who walked in the door I stood there at least 10 minutes without any acknowledgment at all and then when I was acknowledged my order reappeared with a completely different time and everything on my phone I just can’t even explain how poorly and how disgraced it is to be called a Domino’s franchise. Not sure if it’s the same owner from many many years ago but Gus was the owner and he gave a crap about his people and his customers would even lend them money towards a delivery vehicle to help keep things going Just a complete disappointment. I will say the food was good but just unbelievable I am speechless I don’t feel like I’m even describing accurately how bad that store is being run.

My experience was not good, there were 4 employees who came to pick me up and everyone saw me and I was 10 minutes waiting for someone to attend me. The place is not clean and the employees talk or use bad words.
In short, the Dominos Pizza work team does not represent the beginning of the business.
I don’t recommend ordering pizza in this place, because I saw them with my own eyes that the ingredients fell on the floor and I put it back on the pizza

Ordered the Extravaganza with a crispy crust. Extravaganza comes with 9 toppings. Received a burnt Dorito thin crust with ABSOLUTELY no toppings!! Why would I order an Extravaganza with NO TOPPINGS??? Person that answered the phone talked over me the whole time and put the accountability completely on DoorDash. DoorDash does not make the orders. Would have given ZERO stars if that option were available.

Never got my food. Placed an order, and the time kept getting delayed. The driver never showed movement, and then it was shown as completed and I never had my order. They charged me for the pizzas but left me and my friends hungry.
