Accidentally ordered my pizza to their sister store (same owner) and the manager was SO nice, made me feel like I wasn’t an issue at all even though there was a line out the door AND they had my pizza made and ready to go within 7 minutes. I’m amazed. And they were nice? THIS is proper customer service!

It happened, the last straw.
We come here frequently and despite our wishes, have the rudest, most awful service and consistently get bad pizzas. They short us on ingredients, they burn or undercook the pizzas. This gives me heartburn and indigestion. They have kids running the store who literally just don’t care about anything and will give you attitude if you ask for ANYTHING. I ask for my pizzas to be well done- each time it is met with an eye roll and then they proceed to burn the pizzas. Well done does not equal black on top and the bottom floppy and undercooked. It also doesn’t equal completely burned all the way through but they do not care what they serve you. They roll their eyes, mouth off and purposefully ruin the food. Then they ask if everything is okay when the pizza is literally black. There is one girl who is especially rude each time- her name starts with a V and she is hateful every single time. According to her, “we can’t control the temperature of the over so that’s why your pizza is burnt.” The quality of the food would be so much improved if they could learn how to cook the pizzas but they just can’t. We’ve come here for years and the service has been consistently getting worse each time. For a $10 pizza, at an establishment titled “Your Pie,” we are definitely not getting our pizza the way we want it.
We visit Your Pie at least twice a month, sometimes once a week. We used to love this place because we could customize our pizzas the way we wanted while still eating as a family. However, despite us trying (ex. Asking to check the pizza before serving to see if we would like it cooked more), the restaurant does not accommodate. We keep trying and I don’t know why we are because it is a very frustrating and poor experience every time. Not sometimes, literally every time.
More often than not, we end up taking the pizzas the way they are even when they are not satisfactory and up to standards purely because we do not want to deal with the rude staff. And after speaking with the owner, I see where it comes from. Despite sending her everything I’ve mentioned above, there was never an apology issued. There was no corrective action (come in, we’ll make you a new one, give us another chance, etc). She simply said “thanks for the feedback…we’ll work on training our employees” and that’s it. Pretty sorry if you ask me. After that interaction with the owner, I definitely will not be coming back.

Your Pie reminds me of what one of our famous burrito establishments USED to be – a great value item that you can customize just the way you want it with very fresh ingredients. That’s the 10″ pizza. Even better, ask them to cook it extra long to get that crust just right and toppings cooked thoroughly. I don’t even want to tell you about their pint night on Thursdays, the best bang for your sipping buck. And very important to me, 2 things. This establishment, from the tables and floor, to the restroom is very CLEAN. And the PEOPLE, let’s just say Your Pie has done a great job in either hiring staff with great work ethic or training them well. And you can eat while catching a game on their big screens. If you don’t like something, ask for the manager and they do their best to get it right.

Nothing special about this places pizza or cheese sticks. Very expensive. Very small portions and below average taste and service. I ordered a gluten free pizza and that cost 14 dollars and some change for the smallest personal pan i’v ever seen. The cheese sticks even smaller took 15 minutes to cook and aren’t really good. If your wanting gluten free options I recommend Marcos down the road I’ll never come back.

I love getting the Chicken Caprese sandwich! Just discovered this spot! The sauce is the icing on the cake! I’ve added mushrooms banana peppers and pineapple, perfection! You’ve got to try it! I’ve also been able to order a Med pizza w/ same toppings % no regrets!

Had an incredible experience while trying Your Pie for the first time. Cora was so friendly and explained everything, gave recommendations, and was so welcoming. It was truly an exceptional experience way above and beyond what’s normal these days. The food and atmosphere is also very good and there’s a wide selection of pizzas, appetizers, gelato, and snacks!

I brought Renay in for our first Your Pie Pizza experience. I was impressed with the large open floor, the cleanliness of the restaurant, lots of places to park, the wide selection of unique pizzas, and even the selection of music and the clean restrooms! Being our first experience, the staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. They even have beer, wine, and gelato! Pizza is really, really, good! I recommend everybody stop by and check it out!
