Reviews
What impressed me most was that while one of the other managers seemed a bit lost and unsure of what to do, she stepped up and took control of the situation. Because of her effort and leadership, the line started moving much faster.
It’s clear that she cares about the customers and about doing her job well. Employees like her make a big difference and deserve recognition.
If you want quality, you’re better off with Red Star in Lynn Haven or even Chow Time, but a quick bite to scratch the Asian food itch, then this works great
1. First off, I walk in up to order. This lady looks me straight in my eye and looks back and continues to wipe the counter. Didn’t say a word and kept wiping. Ok, is she the one that takes my order? Is finishing and about to take my order? Is she mute? I mean what’s going on? And her face, she had the resting face. Maybe set more customer service oriented people for the customer facing roll. Not a good first impression.
2. A guy finally walked over to me. I asked to try the hot orange chicken. Well, they don’t do samples anymore. Guy told me they don’t do it so be sure if I like it or not before I order it…. Umm.. ok. I’m just gonna magically know. Got it. Which he was not nice about.
So the first two people a customer comes into contact with are not warm and welcoming. Maybe this is your culture here if it is, you’re on fire!
Only person that was nice to me was the lady that checked out, Lia. She get a 5 Star. Just my two pennies.
The two guys in the back are smiling.
Presentation of food under the heat lamps was clean. There weren’t pieces of food from different dishes on the prep line or in other woks.
Free sample offered. Nicceee
Ordering was quick and easy.
Staff was pleasant.
Prices are about average for a fast food chain.
Their execution of American Chinese Cuisine was was okay.
Food looked better than it tasted.
That’s not to say the food tasted bad, it’s just that the flavors weren’t sharp and bold.
Everything I had was mild to the taste.
It’s like eating a slice of Kraft American cheese vs. a slice fresh off the block.
Still, overall, I liked my dining experience.
Final score, 80 out-of 100.
