This place will feed people old crusty food that has been sitting on the shelf for hours.
So when you bite into a crusty taco next time, just know it was sitting on the shelf waiting for a few hours in open air, because the cooks are to cheap/lazy to make a new taco.

I ordered two steak nacho fries and one has nothing but cheese called the restaurant to see if they’d give me the rest or how to fix it and got an answering machine. Also no sauce, no silverware, no napkins in the bag. Y’all need to do better I didn’t even have anyone behind me.

Used to be the best Taco Bell in the tri-state area. Last few times it has been something they ran out of. Today I ordered online, went to pick it up and they advised they were out of beef!!! That is poor management!!! Walnut Ridge come on- between Taco Bell and McDonald’s the fast food has gone down hill. The employees were super nice by the way! They can’t help their manager doesn’t know how to manage!

I stopped by the Taco Bell in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, and had one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I ordered two Gordita Crunches with spicy ranch and a chicken quesadilla — everything was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The spicy ranch added the perfect kick to the Gorditas!
What really made my visit stand out was the excellent service. Cheyenne, one of the team members, was friendly, fast, and super attentive. She made sure my order was perfect and handled everything with a great attitude and a smile. It’s clear she cares about the customers and takes pride in her work.
Huge shoutout to Cheyenne and the whole team — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Update: new manager is amazing.
Always a smiling face and the food is always hot. I was accidentally given 2 wrong burritos (it was a busu period), I called up there and kindly told the manager what happened she apologized profusely and made both burritos fresh when we got back up there.

We made a online order and went to pick it up. We waited in the drive-thru for about 5 mins and nobody would answer and cars started to line up behind us. We went inside and they all were goofy off and the girls headset was off. They were all rude and throwing our food together. They were all saying “Why can’t people just eat somewhere else and I just don’t want to work here”. If you don’t like your job then you should just quit. They don’t pay you just to sit around and goof off.
