Shady business practice but best cheesesteak around.
Hidden 4% cc fee. Raised lunch combo price so its no longer a good deal.
The fact the receipt math doesn’t actually even add up shows they’re doing Shady things.
I won’t go back out of principle now.

The food is great but the service is lacking , I hope they get better. They’ve messed up two of my orders, that I tried to get straightened out,but they never answered my call or returned it after I left a message. Seems like they don’t care . Asked for extra wet with minced garlic which they charge extra for .

Empty at lunchtime on a Thursday. Friendly greeting from all staff members as we walked inside. Ordered to philly’s with cheese, peppers, onions and mushrooms. The sandwich was so greasy it was almost inedible. The meat lacked flavor and all you could taste was grease. Had we gotten these to go, the roll would’ve been mush. Quit adding oil to the flat-top. The amount of grease that will come off the onions and meat alone will be more than enough. Saw a few other reviews complaining about the same thing. Sad because we were really looking forward to it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

This food is not edible. Taste like shredded cardboard,zero flavor,feels like it was warmed up in a microwave but just enough to be in room temp. The bread was falling apart in my hands and even the veggies in this sandwich we’rent fresh. We got 6 different items from the Manu and none of it was decent.

I love this place it makes you feel like you’re in Philly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cheese steaks were so delicious each bite brought me back to Philly. They weren’t very greasy at all. I’ll definitely be coming back here again. This was the closest I’ve ever had to Gino’s in Philly. Thank you for bringing back my memories of long ago with the Philly Grill

First time here today. Was walking into the grocery store next door and saw the restaurant and thought i would give it a try. Service was decent. I got the standard Cheesesteak with Fries and drink
combo. Sandwich was OK at best. Cheese was at the bottom of the sandwich, which I get, it helps the bread from getting soggy, but some more cheese on top would have made it look more appealing. Bread was really good, I will give credit for that. Fries could have used a few more minutes in the deep fryer, most were pretty limp and appeared not to be fully cooked. I probably will not need to return, plenty of other Cheesesteak places to try.

Update 1/7/25: decided to give them a try again since I was in the area and wow it’s like every year they give less and less meat eventually it’ll just be a sub roll. This is something you’d expect from a subway not Philly grill.
Change of mind. Good food, nice people. Give them a try if you enjoy a good Philly!

I had them today for the first time. I actually ordered thru ubereats. The food was done super quick. I ordered a philly cheesesteak with a side of fries. I was not disappointed! The sandwich was super tasty. The fries were crispy and crinkle cut which makes me super happy. I’ll def order from here again without a doubt. I’d like to go there, I’m sure without the delivery wait it would have been even better.

It was pretty good We made a special trip down from North Palm Beach to Lake Worth just for this restaurant. The place was clean, the food was good, the girl behind the register wasn’t very friendly or helpful but other than that I would definitely recommend this place. We had traditional Philly cheesesteaks. The meat was tender and flavorful everything tasted fresh, there was a great outdoor seating area… So all in all a decent experience.
