Apparently, they ran out of Chicken on my pickup order and gave me a few flakes. I counted literally 3 pieces of chicken (the cheapest protein a restaurant could serve). Imagine paying 13 dollars for rice, beans, and corn. What an absolute scam.
Advice don’t order for pickup (They can’t be trusted). Make them make it in front of you so that you don’t get screwed like I did. If management doesn’t get the quality resolved, Moe’s will also be going the way of the dinosaur.

Well hello and good day, but not for this location. Again and again I try. Positive attitude the whole way but yet the simplest of places with the easiest order still cant get it right. They get a “C” in customer service.
So let’s begin. If You order enough through instacart every once in a while , they send deals your way. Great deals deals that are worth taking advantage of, like $15 off from a certain location. Me and my wife chose here because that’s a great deal. Two bowls came out to be sixteen dollars after change with the discount. Absolutely i’m gonna take advantage of that….
The only issue is that these bowls require them to be the same going through instacart. I mean , you can’t change one thing from a different one. Me my wife didn’t care because we usually get the same thing. We placed the order and went to go pick up. But I had to return , because they only gave us one of our bowls , even though the ticket said two…. and this where it’s gets interesting. When I returned and explained to the guy on the other side of the class , he instantly was apologetic and wanted to correct the issue. And I agree what right customer service….. but this is manager sitting at a table with his family or friends or whoever he knows begged to differ. From his seat in the booth , he proclaimed that I was wrong that I got my order in full that I was the liar. My response was for him to go back to the camera to prove me wrong, but what do you know his lazy self didn’t want to get out of the booth. He still wanted to insist that I was wrong and that my order had extra stuff like queso into it , but no , my order was simple two bowls with the exact same thing, no extra queso , no extra drinks , no extra nothing…
I gave a simple order. Also , with an app , that is very self explaining and should have no questions. The reasonings he shorted out order could not be explained, Except for the fact that they didn’t want me to get the discount within the app that I used. It’s not really that they’re losing money, but more of the discount brings it back to a certain price point.They’re not happy with even though it still makes them money..
Finally, I just wanna add, with them making my second bowl in front of me, you can tell that portion control is everything here. Mose used to be something good , but I i can honestly say that they are headed downhill..

Love this moes! Lately the food just hasn’t been up to par with how it usually is. The meat has been burnt and the main thing I come for the queso has literally been water. Archer moes has been my favorite location in gainesville but after my recent visits I’m gonna have to call it quits. If i’m gonna spend my money on food thats not cheap I would atleast like it to look appetizing. Take some pride archer!!

Absolutely love moes I think it is way better than chipotle. The workers in there are always so enthusiastic and accommodating so service is great. I usually always get a burrito with chicken but their other meats are also good. The portion size is pretty good for the price that you pay. Also definitely worth it to go there on moes Monday you get a good deal.

I go here for late night dates usually around 10. These people are always friendly and the food is made fresh. If they are out of something they will make you a new batch. The next door over is icecream and across the street is shopping so it’s a perfect location. The restrooms are decent. There is outside seating and I’ve never had a problem with bugs even at night. It’s my favorite spot for getting that feeling I get hanging out with my favorite people. And the food is always great.

The food was okay. I got the bowl with the protein being chicken. To me it was not enough chicken and when you ask for a little more they will charge you more. Now if I was a vegan the bowl would be perfect. I have to pick around the bowl to find the chicken then I’m left with everything else and that goes in the trash. Maybe they need to re evaluate how much protein they are giving, I don’t mean a ridiculous amount more, but a little more so I can really enjoy the food.

I ordered a Homewrecker Bowl and was really disappointed. The bowl was missing several key ingredients—no lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, or sour cream, which are supposed to be included. Also order ground beef but received steak instead.On top of that, the chips were burnt and inedible. For the price, I expected much better quality and accuracy with my order. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
