The Parkman Bar & Grill is individually and locally owned and operated. Bar opens at 10 am to 2 am daily, Kitchen open daily 11 am to 9 pm. We have a daily menu with daily specials and broasted chicken served on Fri, Sat & Sun. We are also a full liquor store, and offer beer/liquor catering in Sheridan County Wyoming. One of the all-time great Western Bars. Recommended by Amy at The Rainbow Bar in Sheridan, Parkman Bar is the best mix of day-drinking locals, excellent prices, friendly staff and perhaps the best burger I have ever eaten in all my days. Parkman is just perfection, it immediately vaulted into my top 5 all-time local roadside bars.
No smoking inside and several kids were milling about, so make it a definite stop in on any group road trip.

Usually my wife saves the last little bit of hamburger for our dog. That did not happen this time. Get off the interstate, avoid Arby’s, and visit a place that still knows how to grill a great burger. The onion rings were pretty darn good as well!

I think this place could be amazing on the right day. When we were there, the onion rings were burnt to a crisp, and the hamburgers were overcooked as well. You can tell they make everything fresh, but I think it was an off day for the cook staff.
