Portions seem to get smaller each time we order but today they were ridiculously small. To top that off I had to ask the guy 3 times for my total because he was speaking softly and I thought he said $26.50 so I gave him $56.50 only to get back $29.99. I looked at him slightly puzzled and said I should be getting back $30 to which he mumbled something so I agains said wait, what was my total? He said $26.51. I just took my change and left but come one, common sense should tell you I was trying to avoid change, not get more. He could have easily asked if I intended to give him $0.51 since that was the change. I am relatively sure he was the manager, which makes that even more baffling. I will not be back even though I only live 4 blocks away. The entire experience was unacceptable. After reading some of the recent reviews I see I’m not the only person feeling this way.

The best burrito I’ve ever had. Portioned PERFECTLY. The meat and the beans and rice was distributed perfectly. Like a bite of everything in each bite. Words cannot express how perfect and amazing this was. I don’t even know how it’s possible to make it so perfect and well distributed but they did.

I don’t write bad reviews. The portion side of the meat was pathetic. My dad was complaining about the portion size prior to me going and I dismissed him. Now I understand. I couldn’t even tell there was anything in there. I honestly thought they forgot it until I finally found maybe a bite. (Note it was the barbacoa)

Take this opinion from someone who used to work at chipotle.
The guac was all brown meaning it was sitting out for a while. They also ran out of chicken and the employee just shrugged and did not give me a full scoop. Only half. This has actually been the worst chipotle I’ve ever been at. Also, I got a 3 pointer and they charged me regular ! This comment is for those that need it. Thank you.

Came in today and was greeted . However I asked for two tacos on crispy one soft and the girl only put bird size portions on my tacos. .. I will not be back . This isn’t the first time time this happened. The white man next to me got way more portions !

Its not worth ordering from here. From burritos the size of tacos to tacos that have no meat. Im going to actively avoid this location.Lockport is by far the best in the area. I order 3 tacos from lockport, I order 6 tacos from here. Same amount of food.
