I’ve been a loyal customer of this Domino’s location for years, but over the past year, everything has gone downhill. Delivery times have become completely unacceptable — it regularly takes close to two hours to receive my order, even though the app shows the pizza is made almost immediately. By the time it arrives, it’s usually cold, soggy, or missing toppings.
The quality of the pizza itself has also dropped dramatically. What used to be hot, fresh, and consistent now feels rushed and careless. It’s frustrating to see a place I used to depend on decline so much.
Unfortunately, after giving them multiple chances to improve, I’ll be taking my business to Papa John’s from now on. Hopefully, Domino’s management takes these reviews seriously and makes some much-needed changes.

Terrible service at this Domino’s Pizza. I placed an order for a pizza that was supposed to be ready in 12 minutes, and we ended up waiting 35 minutes. The order wasn’t even in the system to be prepared. They didn’t open the store door, and the employee didn’t even apologize. Before, there was a promise that if you waited more than 30 minutes you would get the pizza for free, and now not even an apology. Everything was awful.

Ordered at 9:02 on New Years Eve only for them to be closed early when they said the pizza would be done 2 hours later. I arrive and of course it’s closed and to a similar review of the same night, I was ignored by people inside and the mid 20’s worker completely disregarded me on multiple occasions and I could see my food on the counter. Actually such an unreal experience.

This location has chronic operations issues. I stopped ordering delivery after one time that my order was 2 hours late and it was entirely wrong. Wrong and cold pizza. And the delivery driver up on finding out he had royally messed up started cursing. Didn’t get a replacement, just a refund. As we speak, I came to carry out one pizza and cheesesticks, which the app said was ready for pickup 7 minutes ago and the guy at the counter told me it’s not ready yet and it’ll be 10 minutes.
Obviously they care about their metrics on the app but it’s all a lie. They are so slow and do not care about their customers. Poorly managed and ran.

I strongly recommend not using this location. Went in for a sandwich and a soda for lunch. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and an orange fanta and the guy working gives me a 2 liter instead of a small bottle as if it a normal thing to order for one person. Then instead of returning it he takes it and gives me 2 small bottles. Took 20 min to get my sandwich which had almost no chicken and was burned black on the edges. Employee seemed more interested in flirting with a not so bright girl that went in for 10 minutes before deciding to make my sandwich.

I had ordered hot buffalo wings but I got regular wings with some buffalo sauce squirted, nice. Also, something new I learnt today, that hand tossed pizza is the new thin crust pizza.

My order arrived incomplete (an entire pizza was missing) and to top it off it arrived after two hours. Two full hours. The pizza that did arrive was very cold and inedible. After many calls and being put on hold for over ten minutes, the driver claimed he had delivered the full order. They then said they would send another pizza in 25 minutes and of course, that never happened. How this place closes and a good business takes over.

Buyer beware !! Ask for the MANAGER SPECIAL! Today I am an unhappy customer because I could’ve had 2 pizzas for $2 more than the $16 I paid for one simple large normal cheese pizza!!
I don’t buy many pizzas but this already left a bad taste in my mouth.
Sadly the employee “could not” make another pizza for me at the reduced price- she said I had asked for one large pizza only. I asked why she didn’t offer the special and she just shrugged- better training would lead to happy customers. Honestly after I placed the order on the phone, I thought that this same pizza would probably be cheaper at my favorite locally owned Italian restaurant so next time I will go there instead of coming to Dominos. That’s how bitter I feel.
I see many low ratings for this store- seems they don’t read their reviews. Too bad. If they do, I would like to talk to the manager and show him or her how better customer service can be. That’s all.

Just aweful service, Don’t order from here. I will be disbuting my card charge from my last order. Called twice, they hung up twice. Ordered online took almost 2 hours for a pizza to show up cold. Just save your money. I will not be paying 32 dollars for cold pizza.
