I love the food and the Agua de nuez. Super bomb. Great ladies working super nice. However, last time I went I noticed the lady used her bare hands to grab ice out of a bucket and put it in a cup to serve me the Agua Fresca. Even though I had paid for it I didn’t drink it because I guess it was the way she just grabbed the ice but I was disgusted.

It wasn’t a good choice the cemita’s bread is not the real bread. They’re expensive and not well prepare, cemita is not a torta so they have to be very splendid with the toppings. I have been in Puebla so I know what I’m talking about, this is my last time there.

Barbaqoa needed flavor, salsa was not great either. If they would add a bit refried beans and Mayo on the bun it make a huge difference.

This spot has these incredible sandwiches called cemitas. They come with a special bread cheese avocado and spicy chipotle sauce. It’s like a Poblano sandwich that you enjoy in the street food truck, while sippin on some soda n smoking. Just chilling having fun forever.
