Online order placed around 9 PM. At pickup, the kitchen area had food on the floor and several ingredients were unavailable, including guacamole and sauce that were part of the order. Staff communication was brief and unclear about substitutions or missing items.
The order contained multiple inaccuracies: one taco missing, half a quesadilla missing, wrong taco type (soft instead of crispy), and several requested items not included (sour cream and guacamole). Food was not assembled correctly and appeared mixed together. Temperature was cold on arrival.
This location closes at 11 PM, so shortages and incomplete preparation at 9 PM were unexpected. Order accuracy, food handling, and overall store readiness did not meet standard expectations.

Honestly, I don’t know if it’s company policy or not, but my server was so freaking rude and I asked for her for double white rice, she barely gave me any rice so I asked her for more and she barely even gave me any so when I said, can I have more, she gave me the nastiest look ever and barely gave me any rice so that’s when I just wanted to finish my order and leave immediately like the atmosphere did not feel that good and I just really don’t like this chipotle and it’s not just that server there are multiple workers that act like this except for that one blonde guy with glasses. He is so amazing and you guys should give him a raise except for that new old lady you just hired because I really don’t appreciate her attitude and please fire her. I would love to have a lovely server that actually gives me rice and doesn’t give me basty looks thank you and having an amazing day for whoever is reading my review.

Great place to eat. Some servers are very stingy with food portions putting half scoops and have an attitude when asking to put more in. But for the most part they do a good job. Delivery service though is a joke. Portions of rice/beans/cheese are barely there. Half the usual meet covered by a mountain of lettuce. And when you ask for no lettuce, you can see that the bowl doesn’t even come up half way. -1 star due to delivery issues.

We ordered Steak Tacos, Carnitas Tacos, Chicken Bowl, 3 Kids Meals, and a Chicken Burrito. The meats taste good and you add whatever extra stuff you want. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I heard that it’s usually packed here. We were fortunate to find seating.

Terrible terrible place to order in person and delivery from this Chipotle. We ordered a burrito bowl with double steak and they didn’t give us the double steak we paid for. They gave us a half portion and stuffed the bowl with rice! We also ordered a salad bowl and they put the topping lettuce instead of the salad lettuce and stuffed my bowl with a lot of rice! They didn’t give me the salad dressing either. It doesn’t matter what time of day, your customers service needs to be on point and I should get what I ordered not a similar meal.

Today I paid for double meat and ended up with less than a single serving, and got attitude from the guy making it. Not even close to the first time, and it’s getting worse.
I give up. Time to find somewhere else to eat three days a week.

The order I received was very cold and soupy! The chicken and steak pieces i received were stone cold and steak pieces were mostly fat and cartilage pieces and too much water filled up my bowl turning it into a soup even though I held back on most wet ingredients. Food inspectors should be checking the temp on meats they’re far below standard. This location is notoriously bad for shorting portions and bad quality food.

I used the BOGO on Veterans day as a US Army veteran. Instead of 2 bowls, I got 1.4 bowls at the most. When paying, I showed my CA DL with Veteran designation, and I was asked to show a military ID. The tone wasn’t welcome. I explained that military IDs are mostly for active duty, reverse, national guard and retirees, but the response I got was “I don’t need to know your units.”. I didn’t tell him about my units. But the 2 stars is I did get buy one get 0.4 for free. Thanks. lol

This was the ABSOLUTE worse burrito I’ve ever had, ever. I may as well had ordered soup. Now that I see the rating, I see I should have checked first. I ordered from Uber Eats. This location should be ashamed of themselves for allowing food out the door in this manner. It arrived timely but was absolutely horrible. I should have just put $29 in the shredder.
