I asked him if he had any fresh fajita it was mid afternoon and the food was old not fresh. The guy was very rude stated no everything I asked him . I asked was they cooking and bringing out any fresh food told me no they wasn’t cooking anymore @ 3:45 pm really. He proceeded to talk in Spanish which I understand better than I speak. I was like never mind as you see they all looked at me even laughing as though it was funny the poor customer service I was receiving. So left. I have been coming to that store for years every few weeks when I get my hair done across the street from the store. The service was atrocious at least they were happy to wait on the customer ahead of me you see in the green shirt his burrito was full she could barely wrap it.

Both of our orders were messed up as if they didn’t even try to get them right – a salad that had no lettuce in it, and a burrito without the wrap! How does that even happen when it’s literally on the receipt? There were about 3 or 4 more items in the order that were missing as well. When I contacted Chipotle about it, they put an entree and a drink in my account to replace 2 messed up meals. How does a drink replace a messed up meal? That makes no sense.

Food was terrible Stale tortilla chips usually means the chips was there all day or they were undercooked how do I know because I used to work for the company, salty guacamole I paid $36 on Grubhub for this meal I paid for double meat steak and Barely received a regular portion. I called the Location and asked to speak to a manager and I told her the situation and she told me let me ask you a question? how do you know if you got double meat or you didn’t so I had to tell her that I used to work for the company about eight years ago she was extremely rude and did not try to help the situation she just didn’t care and you can hear it in her voice I don’t know what happened to this company .no wonder no one eats at chipotle like they used too Standards has dropped dramatically & it seem like Management and crewmembers have no sense of pride for what they do.And I hope this gets to the regional manager

Terrible Chipotle experience. Portions are extremely light. Staff is rude to the point that it’s entirely unacceptable. I barely got a nod acknowledging my existence from anyone behind the counter. This sus the lightest burrito I’ve 3ver spent $10 on.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to the people are so rude. The food has been sitting in the trays for probably an hour when we went up to pay. We were trying to explain to them that we have to do it through the manager setting because our card doesn’t swipe and instead of even trying, they just told us no I’m assuming because my girlfriend looks like a boy because they sure were giggling about that in the back when we first walked in and so completely discriminating against us because we’re lesbians. Both of the bathrooms are “out of order although I watched her type the code in for another woman so again, not much to be the discriminating because we’re going to have sex in the bathroom or something. And one of the men told me they’ve never seen a card like mine insinuating what maybe that I made it in my basement or something? I’m not really sure butif you are anything other than heterosexual, I would advise you stay far away from the store because you’ll be treated like Like a dog with rabies.
